The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The decor was adorable and the place was clean and well stocked. The location on Liberty Street was close to all the Savannah hot spots and allowed for walking exploration. Also very easy access to Tybee for beach days. We recommend The Public for dinner (award winning Shrimp & Grits is no joke) and the Candlelight Ghost Tour with Dan! It was a great apartment very clean. The host txted us upon arrival to make sure everything was as expected. This apartment is on the third floor so pack light! We found parking right in front of the building. Savannah is a walking town so be prepared to walk everywhere. This property was everything we dreamed of and more for our short stay in Savannah! The location was great, within walking distance of everything. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, had plenty of closet space, and all of the kitchen amenities we needed. The layout provided ample private space for my husband and I in one wing, and my mother in the other, with a great communal space in the middle for visiting. My favorite feature was the balcony overlooking the courtyard - if we had more time, I would have spent entire days reading out there and enjoying the view! The host was friendly and communicative, checking in with us to make sure that we didn't need anything. Nice place. A bit run down and seems like it could use a more thorough cleaning. Disappointed that the front terrace was filled with construction materials and mornings were noisy with men working. Bare bones amenities, and parking ap frustrations made us wish we’d gone with a hotel instead. We loved being able to hangout on the balcony in the morning sunshine or evening after a long day. We would stay here again. We enjoyed Savannah, loved the food and the slow pace of the town. If you have any mobility issues then do not stay here, this is in an old house on the third floor, the stairs are tricky to navigate with luggage. Also, the lighting on the second flight is insufficient and a hazard anytime of day. We did let management know and they said it’s maintained by the HOA, it remained dark for our entire trip and we had to use our cellphone's flashlight to see. ##### Kacee T. The master suite is huge! The second room was small, but comfortable. There were four adults, and we were very comfortable with the sectional sofa. We were an easy walk to everything. The management company was amazing with communication, and very responsive. Street parking was never an issue, I would recommend using the app Savannah has for parking, that made it even easier. We were there Thursday, checked out Sunday, and I spent less than $5 for parking. It’s free after 5, and on weekends. The only negatives, there were only 4 small glasses and one regular glass, I did let the management company know. There is a bit of street noise at night, I’d recommend a white noise maker. First things first … the apartment itself is great. Very spacious and comfortable. Pillows kinda suck but that’s typical In VRbOs. The interior of the building is well maintained and beautiful. NOTE… this is a third floor walk up! Very steep narrow steps. If you’re not youngish dragging your luggage up these stairs is challenging. Lastly the courtyard that leads to the front door is a mess. Construction materials everywhere. Open paint cans, ladders, plywood and trash. All Of which has been there more than a while. Not cool or expected considering the location and price.
