The house was perfect for large group of women, most had their own bed and plenty of personal space. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to prepare meals. The house was centrally located we could walk to most places. The pool was an added bonus. We love the pool but unfortunately it never got up to the spa temperature. Pool maintenance was called and we thought it was fixed but heater kept cutting off after a few seconds. Plenty of room for our group of 13, was very clean, and included all of the necessary amenities. It’s also in a very convenient location in historic Savannah. We were able to walk to all of our dinner reservations and tours. The pool was also a huge hit! Our kids loved having the pool right in the backyard! It accommodated my party of 12 for my 50th birthday. One of the rooms was a little warmer than the rest of the house. They didn’t have a working coffee pot but then they brought us one two days later. They did accommodate us by letting us check in early and checking out late for the Miner misunderstandings. Rooms were spacious and easily accomodated all of us. Specially enjoyable was the pool in the back patio, which we used every night to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Mar 2, 2021 #### Mint Julep girls weekend My self and 7 girl friends visited Savannah for a 50th bday get away. We stayed at Mint Julep and were blown away at how unbelievably beautiful the home is!! Every room is uniquely and elegantly decorated. The beds were all so incredibly comfortable. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to do/see! Check in and out was so easy. For 11 women in our age range there were a bit too many stairs. With no bathroom on the main level it was difficult. The neighborhood is close to many things and two car parking was helpful. The beds are comfortable. The small soaking pool in the back is extremely nice and perfect for a group staying in the house. The pool was used everyday of the rental. The kitchen is only very basically stocked. A very minimum of bathroom products such as soaps are provided. The primary bedroom does not have a king bed. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and great water pressure. The washer did not work upstairs. You will need to have that looked at. The wooden railing on the front steps is not very sturdy. We were lucky enough to have great weather, so we were able to walk to wherever we needed to. It was about a 5 min walk to Forsyth Park and about 15 to the river. The map on the VRBO listing shows it is just 2 blocks from Forsyth Park, but it's actually on the corner of W. Jones and Tattnall, which puts it conveniently closer to the River. The neighborhood was great and we felt safe. Even though there was a picture of a pool and the description clearly says there is a private pool, we were pleasantly surprised to see a pool on-premise. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. And we loved having a full dining room table. Having TVs in all the rooms was great also. We would stay here again. ##### Kathy W. (water seems to be leaking underneath the sink.) Worse yet was the roach crawling IN our bed in the downstairs apt. All have spent significant time & care upon return washing and wiping every item & suitcases so as to hopefully not bring roaches or eggs home! First of all, we paid for this place a year ago in full. A week and a half before we were flying in we were told the property was no longer available due to maintenance issues. We were told of another place with less bedrooms and no pool which we took. It was clean and the location was good. One morning we woke up to smoke alarms going off but no smoke. They came to check it out when we were out and when we got back at 3:30 we were like out. Luckily they responded quickly to let us in. ##### Lynn A.
