One of our gorgeous vacation rentals Savannah GA located in the Broughton area of downtown Savannah is called Broughton Deco Carriage House. This is a one-bedroom carriage house with sleeping accommodations for four guests and 700 square feet of room. The main room is a studio-style design with an open floor plan from the living spaces to the sleeping space. A soothing color palette puts you in relaxation mode upon entering the home with cool tones and lots of natural lighting. You will find a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal at home if you choose. A dining table rests against the stair railing, and can be pulled out as needed to accommodate four. Continuing on, you will find a cozy sitting area with a comfy sofa, chairs, and storage for tucking away your clothes and travel necessities. A large flatscreen TV on a swivel mount in between the living area and bedroom can be seen easily from all areas in the home. The queen bed is adjacent, and features two night stands with reading lamps and a fan above to keep you cool while you sleep. Additional sleeping space is available by utilizing the sofa bed in the sitting area. The home's full bathroom features a walk in shower, single vanity, and large mirror. If you find yourself needing to do laundry, a stacked washer/dryer is located near the dining area hidden by the mirrored closet doors.  
  
Steps Away from Historic Savannah Attractions  
There is so much to enjoy in Savannah within a short distance to your vacation home. Walk to restaurants, shopping, bars, coffee shops, and more! Sightseeing tours are one of the most popular options as they give you a chance to see a lot of Savannah in a short time. You can choose walking tours, trolley tours and even carriage tours to see historic landmarks and architecture. More unique options include dolphin-watching tours and riverboat tours. If you're really adventurous, you can embark upon one of Savannah's many ghost tours. Ghost tours are an excellent idea for an October visit, but also worth trying at any time of the year. Savannah is well-known for its numerous haunted places. If you love fishing and watersports, Savannah has a number of opportunities to indulge. Savannah itself has onshore and inshore places to fish, but even better is taking the short drive to Tybee Island. Tybee has its own collection of fun things to do. From relaxing on the Atlantic beaches to visiting the Marine Science Center and Tybee Lighthouse, this little barrier island is worth a day trip during any stay in Savannah Georgia vacation rentals.

In addition to the on site pool at this property, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.  
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm  
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm  
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
