SVR-00492 Awesome cottage style condo in downtown Savannah with a pool. It was built in the late 1800's and is listed as a historic property. This is a great place to spend your stay in Savannah at a great price. It is about three blocks from Forsyth Park and one block from the start of the St. Patrick's Day parade. The condo is well within walking distance or a short bike ride of River Street and about a 15-20 minute drive from Tybee Island. It features a dedicated off-street parking space. The condo has been renovated and features a full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, washer and dryer, small outside porch, living room with flat screen television, one bedroom and a pull out full size sofa in the living room. There are two original fireplaces, hardwood floors and crown moulding and trim throughout. Suggestion for owner, need to change out the sheer curtain at the sliding door. People are able to see inside especially at night. I was very uncomfortable since I was alone. At first, we were not sure about the location, but had no problems. Having a parking space was great. We walked to everything, the condo was clean and very cute.
