Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors! Getting Around: Our home is located in the beautiful Thunderbolt neighborhood of Savannah. We are minutes to Savannah State University, Wright Stadium, and the Thunderbolt Marina. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets downtown. We are located just a 15 min drive to the heart of Savannah's downtown, and Forsyth Park. Other Things to Note: HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. I called the management company immediately and it took them five hours to get somebody out to even look at the pool. After the gentleman looked at it, he noticed the breaker was thrown for the pool. He reset it the breaker subsequently broke again seven times and it never worked. The next morning I called again and by 1 o’clock in the afternoon, the suggestion was to move next-door. We had to leave an event where we were at and be transferred to another unit next-door. Which took four hours of our day to leave the event come back transfer, and then go back to the event. When we got into the other unit, none of the bathtubs had working water stoppers. The right side of the downstairs bathroom sink the stopper was stuck, and I had to get a butter knife to get it out to let the water drain. I believe because of the inconvenience the managing company should’ve at least offered us late check out or some sort of financial refund. Other than having to transfer units in the middle of our stay savannah Georgia was beautiful! ##### Lane S. This is a great entertaining home for a large party. We brought our company down to Savannah for a company trip. We are small 10 employees everyone had plenty of space to not feel on top of anyone. Jaime our host made herself available for any questions or issues ( like the wasps). She also surprised us with some fresh pastries which the kids loved. In addition to the pool there are other amenities like a mini golf area which the kids and adults enjoyed. The house is located nicely for trips into Savannah and we spent one day on Tybee island. We highly recommend the Stay Heirloom VRBO homes. By the way we were a family of 16 staying there quite comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen we were able to make meals in addition to a nice grill.
