Featuring a soothing array of blue and white hue'd decor, with a mix of Scandinavian Modern decor, this home is the perfect Southern Retreat! This is the combination of both suites, Blue Magnolia and Metal Oak, comprising the garden-level and main floor of the home. With this, you will have 2 king beds, 2 sleeper sofas (one king in Blue Magnolia, and one queen in Metal Oak), and 2.5 baths. The combined units sleep a total of 8 guests. You will have access to the units through 2 front entry doors, 2 courtyard doors, and through an interior hallway that connects the suites. Metal Oak, the garden-level unit, is handicap accessible and does not require stairs to enter. Blue Magnolia does require the use of stairs in order to enter. Blue Magnolia suite is to step into true Sophisticated Southern style. Featuring a soothing array of blue and white hue'd decor, Blue Magnolia is your own historic oasis in Savannah. When you stay with us, you'll experience all the luxury of a fine hotel, with the comfort of a private home. The stunning Blue Magnolia suite was completely updated summer of 2020\. No detail was overlooked in the design and decor process, from the furniture selection, down to the knobs on the closet doors. The Metal Oak suite encapsulates the "Scandinavian Modern" style. Location was great, loved everything about Savannah and the property was close to everything. What I wasn't impressed with was the condition of the property as far as cleanliness, the front steps were covered in leaves and were slippery, the back patio was also not swept in some time and the furniture was very dirty. The downstairs shower glass hadn't been cleaned and was covered with water spots. The same bathroom's exhaust fan wasn't working either.I gave the property 4 stars and that is more for its location and historic nature. My recommendation would be to keep the cushions dry in an outdoor storage box (or inside the home) and then allow the guests to pull them out when they want to use them...or at the very least, be cognizant of the weather and take them in when there is a tropical storm warning. We were notified by Lucky Savannah about a month prior saying they double booked and we were getting bumped. They offered a full refund or two other properties that were not even close to this property. We chose The Grant as the other property had poor reviews. The Grant was horrid. It's industrial and very noisy. The people above us partied Friday night and Saturday night. We received little rest. The property was located closer to river front and on a street that was under construction. We are adult women, who knew what type of property we wanted and it wasn't The Grant. We a month left until our trip, there were no options to cancel. Lucky Savannah did offer small condolence benefits such as free parking, but it still never made up for this disappointment. We were told by locals to not use Lucky Savannah as they have heard this happening to others. A true disappointment. Also, free parking pass was to be in our new property but I had to reach out twice after check in for the pass to be delivered. ##### Crystal S. Reviewer Comments: Our family traveled to Savannah to drop our daughter off at SCAD and found this place amazing! The location was perfect for our needs and the management staff was phenomenal. Luxe on Jones is now my favorite destination when traveling to Savannah, and will be making an excuse to stay again before the end of the year. I must also say the beds provide the best sleep possible (I am still waiting to receive the brand's of the mattresses). : - ) ##### Cheryl H. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was amazing. Great location close to everything. The only thing I would say is they need to have more information on the parking situation amd getting the codes was somewhat of a process. The house needs many upgrades the furniture was very stained the oven was gross. The out door furniture REALLY. Thelouge chair on the patio was so torn you could not even sit in it. There was a rat in the court yard looking for food oh & let’s not forget about the flying cockroaches we had to kill. Our daughter sleep in the car the one night I can deal with a lot but this was inexcusable. But on a good note Savannah is a wonderful city with a lot of great charm & friendly people. ##### Lori H. May 3, 2021 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Not great To start, Lucky Savannah cancelled our first rental at Lux on Jones that was booked months in advance a week and a half before our trip. Grant street suites was not comparable to our first choice and they did not offer compensation. Grant Suites are loud, the garbage trucks come every night. The smell of cats never goes away. it seemed clean at first glance but stain on the mattress. They charge $60 to check in a few hours early even though the suite was sitting empty for days.
