Enchanting coffee shops, seriously amazing restaurants, bars, architecture, art, culture, and shopping are all located within 10 to 15 minutes. It is easy to escape into the Spanish Moss trees that line any of 22 historic squares. After exploring the city, slip back to your hideaway, kick off your shoes, and curl up on the comfortable sofa with a glass of wine. Foodies can whip up a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen with all the gear. A washer and dryer are also available within the condo.

Parking is on-street, City of Savannah Visitors Day Pass is available for purchase. For a pass, go to Visitors Information Center or the Parking Services office on Bryan or the 17hundred90 Inn front desk at 302 E Presidents Street. Would not recommend unless you don’t plan on sleeping at night and plan to walk everywhere. The walls/windows are very thin so you can hear everything outside. Just when the nightlife calms down, here come the garbage pick up trucks and street sweepers. So you won’t sleep much. I failed to read the reviews before booking or I wouldn’t have. I contacted the office to see if we could move to another OPEN property and was told no. I sent a email also and got no response. There was no designated parking. The closest garage in several directions is 2 or more blocks away. There isn’t even an unloading zone. You will spend a lot in parking fees. The unit was bright and clean. We only had issues with the ice maker not working and a toilet paper holder hanging from the wall.

We were there for a dance competition that was being held at the Savannah Convention Center. The location was an easy 5-10min walk to the ferry to cross the river each day. The building is great if you are wanting to be right downtown in the heart of the party. With that said, it’s loud. Like really loud and bright pretty much until 3am every single night. You can hear and see everything all night long which was a bummer since we had to be up very early for competition. Some black out curtains would go a long way in my opinion. There are also sound machines in the rooms which helped some but not completely. Other than that, the place is super cute, clean and fully stocked and is close to most everything.

Very convenient location. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. There is a bar downstairs that had noise until 3am for awareness if you are a light sleeper. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Everything was great. Perfect location for shopping, squares, trolley, tours, restaurants. Beds comfortable, apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Very Noisy on Sat night until 2am (but this is an area problem, not the apartments problem), but weeknights were normal city noise.

The location was great in the center of the Historic District Savannah. The only caution is to be aware that this is an older building and the elevator operation is iffy. The elevator was out for the lot 3 days of our stay. With this one exception, everything was great.

CENTER OF IT ALL!

Great property and location! I would recommend bringing foam earplugs and a night mask (we were facing Whitaker Street) if you are a light sleeper. A vibrant nightlife is VERY close by!

Fabulous location, spacious apt., wonderful decor

The apartment and the location were perfect! We would definitely stay again. It was clean, lovely and spacious, and the decor was so wonderfully done with thoughtful details. Check in was not fun. We were early and had to leave our bags at Lucky Savannah, which is the management company for this apt. The southern hospitality we were expecting was disappointing. We were greeting abruptly and were instantly reminded of the check in rules and strict timing. When we picked up our bags and walked to the apartment, the code we were given for access to the room did not work. We were not one minute early due to previous warnings. Thankfully and luckliy the delightful cleaning woman was just finishing up. She told us that the code on the door never worked and she ended up giving us a key from a nearby lockbox (which we were never informed of). Without her assistance, we would not have been able to access the room. We used the key all week and returned it when we checked out. Besides the rough beginning, we still enjoyed the place very much!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment itself was beautiful the only problem was the construction out front and didn't know where to unload our luggage. The alarm was going off in the elevator but my husband fixed it. I was afraid to go on the elevator the 3 days that we were there so 53 steps each time up and down. Besides that the apartment was nicely decorated and in a perfect location. We parked in the parking garage and never moved the car in 3 days.

Very nice place, but requesting for early check-in/dropping bags off is not an option.

Place was styled great, clean and very cool place. Location is perfect. Short walks everywhere and to everything. Had bad experience with the property company managing. Requested early check in or drop bags off. Said “you will get notification when the room is ready”. Room looked like it was ready hours before…and never got a notification of the room being ready. Would love to drop bags off to not lug them around. Very inconvenient to not drop them off, need better communication from the property management.
