The condo offers a spacious and inviting living space that seamlessly combines historic architectural details with contemporary amenities. The condo is stocked with games, wifi and a smart tv.  
  
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is the perfect condo for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Both bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Both bathrooms are beautifully appointed with modern fixtures and are stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. All bedding is provided for your use. A washer and dryer are available for your use as well.

The Neighborhood:  
The condo is located in the heart of the Historic District. You will be right on Broughton Street, overlooking all the best high end shopping, restaurants and bars. There is an active nightlife on Friday and Saturdays. You will be about a 2 block walk to River Street and the new Plant Riverside District.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please note that there may be more city noises on Fridays and Saturdays due to our close proximity to Savannah's night life. We do offer a sound machine to help.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Feel free to message us through the airbnb app or by text (number provided at check-in). We are happy to assist however possible to help you have the most memorable stay! A guest guidebook is provided in the condo filled with local must see places and restaurants and bars to visit!
