Great spot in Savannah!

This was a great place for our 3 day trip to Savannah with my husband and my in-laws. The location was fantastic and we walked all over with no problem and without having to move our cars. This was also one of the only rentals that included a parking space. We were able to park our other vehicle right outside the front door on the street for a daily fee. The location is right across the street from one of the stops on the hop on/off trolley tour which was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was good. Property was a bit neglected. Oven was ancient & ring did not work. Bath tub was plumbed backwards so I was almost scolded.myself.

Fantastic location but the decor is very old and worn from the faded drapes to the living room light with a missing bulb and provides less light tha a candle. The kitchen sink barely drains and garbage disposal doesnt work. The courtyard furniture is filthy and falling apart. The courtyard is primarily a storage space for old broken furnishings.i have pictures but not possible to add them to this review. I will give credit to the management company, when we arrived there was a car parked in our designated parking spot,the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Perfect getaway

Perfect for walking the historic district or jumping on the hop on bus. Living room was beautiful with lots of space and full kitchen adjacent. Bedrooms were small but clean and beds comfy. Bathroom clean and functional. Would 100% return here for next visit.

Neglected Faded Rose

Owner needs to go through and review the condition. Cheapest possible toilet. Too short. Curtains on floor right next to toilet. Waste can was hidden behind curtain. The tub/shower diverter is not installed properly and is loose. It leaks a lot. Showerhead is crusty. The grout/caulking in the corners is cracked. Cracks in walls. The baseboard looks dirty. The bedside lamp would be OK if on a higher table. Very difficult to use during night. You have to reach up inside the shade. The refrigerator door is reversible and is backward. Easy fix. Even the WELCOME mat is worn through. Big hole in the middle. A flat rug inside the entry would help.The plant in the living room was near dead. My wife seems to have saved it. We arrived in the rain and no outside light. Chairs look as if a designer picked them out but never sat in them. Not very comfortable. Burned out bulb in the ceiling light. I took it out, but left it so you would see it. Host's info book says to be careful with outside furniture. Looks like it could use a good trip to the dump. The key holder is a pain to use. Would be nice if there were some way to keep tag out of the hinge when you try to close the door. A little lubricant on the latch would be useful. It just looks as if no one cares about the property. Good location. Upstairs neighbors were noisy.

Historic feel in great location

We are a group of three friends, and the apartment was perfect for our one-night stay. It was centrally located, so we could walk everywhere in the historic district while leaving our car safely parked in the assigned parking space behind the rental. However, with only one bathroom, a longer stay might not have been ideal for us. We did hang a sheet over the front door because the restaurant employees were walking by at the end of the night. The fire station noise across the street didn't bother us while we slept because the bedrooms are at the back of the house. Cute coffee shop around the corner was ideal for our early risers.

Cute home. Great location.

We loved our stay here. At the end of our week the entire family was convinced we could happily move in. The apartment is conveniently located making it easy to walk and explore all of downtown Savannah. Everything is just a few blocks away. The area was very walkable and felt very safe. We loved the coffee shop across the street and the Thai place next door. I read a review that mentioned street noise (fire house across the street) and recommended bringing a white noise machine. We did pack one but didn’t feel like it was exceptionally loud. There was some noise as the restaurant next door closes but that’s part of being in the city and it didn’t last a long time. The apartment is on the smaller side but they use the space very well to provide plenty of seating, full dining table, and a full kitchen. Each room has a queen bed. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well.It truly felt like a home away from home. We would bappily rent here again.

Ideal location in the heart of the historic district.

The location was exemplary! We often stopped in between activities to drop off shopping, grab a snack, or just cool off for a minute because this rental was so close to everything - we walked everywhere. The rental itself was in a cute, historic building. Due to this, expect a few stubborn doors & plenty of charm. The decor was mostly adorable (with a few odd choices). We were nervous about noise after reading other reviews, so I brought a travel sound machine. It worked well, & we enjoyed restful nights. Yes, there is a restaurant right outside the window & a fire station across the street, but we felt it was a small price to pay for the location. The back garden is only for passing through - you won't want to sit out there. There was some old outdoor furniture with a worse-for-wear cover, extra outdoor chairs that needed replacing, etc... (the whole pile looked ready for the trash). However, it did allow additional privacy. The off-street parking was a winner. The parking area is only for 2 vehicles (you get 1 spot with the rental), so you don't have to worry about numerous vehicles pulling in & out next to your car. The kitchen is a galley kitchen that is mostly stocked. There is a small pantry but it was filled with supplies (cleaning, etc...) & a complete mess. We cleared half a shelf to allow room for a few groceries. To clarify, the pantry isn't stuffed full, it's just unorganized. The kitchen table is large but not sturdy. The beds, towels, & couch were comfortable.

Historically Great Stay

Perfect location to experience the feel of Savannah! House was great (we had the Garden Level) and set the tone for the Historic District, the live oaks with their hanging moss made it clear we were in the South. Designated parking spot in back was very nice to have and saved circling the block(s) looking (amd paying!) for street parking.
