### Dock & Volleyball! Near Downtown - Green Grotto

NOTE: Please pardon our construction as our other units are currently still undergoing renovations. Its nothing major and should not interfere with your stay.  
Our neighborhood shouts southern style Savannah. Our home sits near the marsh that meets the Herb River. Enjoy breezy nights and mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss. Please make sure you take the quick scenic walk to have dinner at Pearl's Salt Water Cafe. Its a favorite of the locals and serves up delicious food with a gorgeous view.  
Upon arrival at our home, guests will need to navigate four small brick steps which lead to our front door. Once inside, you will find a large living room complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV! Both TVs in our home are equipped with Roku allowing our guests to log into their favorite streaming services while staying with us. The heart of the house is the dining room which has an oversized table that can comfortably seat 8\. Off the dining room, you will find our fully stocked kitchen. It contains all major appliances and necessities for getting you settled in the kitchen. Continuing through our home, you will find four bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed as well as an additional flat-screen TV complete with Roku. Bedroom #2 and #3 both have queen size beds, and bedroom #4 has two twin-size beds. The washer and dryer can also be found in bedroom #4\. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower, and the other with a bathtub, round out the inside of our home. There is lots of green space in the front and back of our house, making this an excellent choice for children and families with pets! Yes, we are pet-friendly, with an additional pet deposit required. We have a community game area with a great deal of seating and a grill. It also consists of different games such as volleyball, corn hole, ladder toss, and more!  
  
For dock access, walk across the street. There is a little parking lot with a Patriot Family Homes sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, there is a metal gate leading to a long double decker dock. Please fill out the dock waiver to receive the gate code.

#### Would not come to this place

Showed up the first night and had no towels and one of the showers wasn’t working took 2 days to get towels and for someone to fix the shower. Was not clean by any means.In the front bathroom there was a hole in the wall and all the air vents were covered in dust. Overall was a bad place to stay would not recommend to anyone. There were roaches in the kitchen and all of us staying in the house woke up and had bug bites on our legs and arms….

#### Renters Beware Do Not Rent

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The pictures on the listing do not depict the true condition of this house. It is a run down dirty 3 bedroom house that smelled like weed. I called to get a refund as this house and the location is totally misrepresented. The property manager would not budge as we were out of the cancellation period. VRBO tried as well. We ended up having to rent a second home for my sons wedding. Condition was: dirt in the tub, toilets were a mess, cracks in the walls and ceiling, bathroom floor is peeling off in chunks. The bedroom with the two beds has a door that goes outside and you could see light through it. The light switches were disgusting and there were two old carpets laying in the driveway. There is a chain link fence and gate around the community. If I could post my pictures I would. On top of the house there is no way I would feel safe staying there.
