The room was nasty as hell. I literally wiped the bottom of the toilet with my foot and it was covered in dirt and mildew. I knew it wouldn’t be the best but I didn’t not expect it to be dirty. The sheets were stained when I pulled them back. Customer service was great explained that I wasn’t satisfied and got a refund

Well, it was an inexpensive, clean room with a nice bed. I would recommend you bring your own towels, iron, coffeemaker and breakfast food you can microwave. Not bad and close to my Mom, so win win. ,

I reserved a non-smoking room. And received a dirty, lacking maintenance, smoking room. I called hotels.com to see if I could get a clean room that was non-smoking as reserved, the hotels.com representative hung up on me.

The first non-smoking room they tried to give me smelled like someone had been smoking all day in the room. I was worried my clothes would smell like smoke. The smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling. They showed me another room that was not near as bad. After accepting it, the light fixture in the bathroom was missing. No lights in the shower/toilet area. It appeared a remodel was going on as there were un-painted patches on the walls. I had dinner plans with a relative and left and checked in at another hotel. I returned next morning to return keys and let them know I did not stay in the room. They explained because they were booked out, they may not reverse the charge. They did not reverse the charge. Horrible exterior, looked like people were living there and there were signs of addicts and smells of drug use.

Avoid this place.
The condition of the room was awful. There were random stains on the linens. There we red wig looking hair all over the chair and lamp shades. There was a needle in the floor in addition to the floors looking like they hadn’t been cleaned in months! The ice box had a sticky substance in it. Holes in the walls. And to top it all off the front desk decided to call and wake us up at 2 in the morning to ask if we drove a certain vehicle. Overall would not recommend.

My room was disgusting. I had a long trip and simply wanted to shower and get into bed. The shower had pubic hair on the wall, the shower head had a lot of visible residue and clearly had not been cleaned in a while, there was dirt and grim in the corners, and stains all over the shower curtain. The towel I was provided with had a black mark on it. The room was described as non-smoking, but it reeked of smoke. The curtain was falling down from the wall from not because installed correctly or broken. I could go on and on about the bad experience I had. It was definitely not worth the money.

The Room was Supposed to be a non-smoking room, well it was clearly smoked in and stank of stale cigarette smoke, The walls were yellow and dirty. The room had clearly not been cleaned properly in quite some time as there was a thick layer of dust on the lamp shades, and they had begun to rust. the room door was difficult to close. We did not feel safe there and cancelled our stay there. The ONLY saving grace there were the staff, Friendly and very accommodating.

The location was great for what I needed and the staff was very nice. The actual room was not clean and had damages. It was supposed to be non smoking room but you could smell smoke in it. There was also hair on the bed sheets and on the toilet when we first arrived.

The room was OK on the first night, but I was very tired. The second night, there were some small bugs in the sink, and I saw a larger one there that was able to hide. I found a bug sitting on my chest that night. The corners of the tilework in the bathroom were dirty. Wiping a finger across, my finger showed dirt and left a streak in the corner. The TV was fine, but would not swivel to see when sitting in the most comfortable chair. The office style chair was OK, but not as comfortable. Bring your own coffee maker. I did, so I had one. I don't know the normal prices for hotels in Savannah, but this one was more than I pay most places and, somehow, I expected it to be better.

Burn spots all over the tub and dirt in the corners. Just sleep in your car honestly. Studio 6 is way clearer and same price. Wouldn't recommend unless its $25 a night, then your paying for what you get. Not worth the price

We were charged prior to checking in. Our non-smoking room smelt like someone had just smoked a carton of cigarettes in it. The lamps were dirty and rusty. The door was hard to close and lock.

The site was easy to navigate, the hotel was clean and fresh. The feont desk attendant was very helpful for tourist and very polite made us feel welcomed. I would stay again and use the same site if i go back to savannah.

This place sucks!! The whole place was filthy. The bed sheets were all stained. The towels were disgusting with stains and embedded hair. The bathroom had a dirty towel in the tub and moldy. The microwave didn’t work. The floor was completely dirty. And not to mention the smell of weed from neighboring rooms and the homeless guy that was sleeping on the floor by the vending machine. I’d give this place negative stars if I could. The whole experience was terrible!

Check out - 1100 my wife and I were at adjacent hospital we were unable to get back to room until approximately 1110. We went hospital at 0555 left many personal item room when left in early am. Dental equipment, couple shirts, couple half full wine bottle and food in fridge. Obvious we had not departed! The cleaning staff had removed all our stuff to trash containers. In going through garbage found couple of items but most was lost!! Seems with personal items such as tooth brushes and clothes still in room the guests had not left!! Believe most guests at this facility would be patients at St Joseph hospital. If you must clear room at 1100, why bag and hold all items for couple of hours for return of patients from hospital!!

This room was so unclean. There were stains all over the comforters, the pillows were filled with like 4 feathers, the tub floor was disgusting and had what looked like blood droplets. Not to even mention the infestation of spiders all over the desk where my things were. I had to keep killing them every time i saw one. there's rot and rust all over the fridge. It really needs updated for peoples safety.
