Book this Darling Duplex today for Savannah stays of 30 days or more. This simple street-side duplex studio boasts an in unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and a fully fenced backyard.  
  
The duplex home is located 7 minutes away from the Wormsloe Historic Site, 10 minutes away from the local hospitals (St. Joseph’s, Candler, and Memorial), and 15 minutes away from Savannah’s Historic Downtown District.  
The space  
The bedroom boasts a TV, clothing storage in the form of both a closet and standing dresser, room darkening curtains, and a king bed.  
  
The adjoining bathroom also doubles as a laundry space including both an in unit washer and dryer.  
  
The kitchen is fully stocked with the basic appliances and utensils/tools necessary for casual use. This includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, stove top, fridge, freezer, oven and various implements. The kitchen space also features a small dinning table.
