Close to Forsyth Park Very nice bedding, towels, dishes etc. Coffee and tea nice addition, as were doggy treats. Pleasing decor. Ample safe parking on street . Outside stairs can be challenging for an older person. Fortunately I had my adult son to carry items up for me. He indicated pull out couch was reasonably comfortable. It’s a great location and the apartment has everything you would need but requires just a little attention to detail. The property management failed to text me the entry code when they said they would. Luckily I had the wi-fi code already, and was able to access my email to retrieve the entry info. Short walk from Forsythe Park where we spent a lot of time, and a few good places to eat within walking distance. It is a quick drive to historic downtown Savannah as well which was a plus. The property itself was as advertised. It could you a few upgrades to get everything in proper working condition, and a cleaning team to come in after each stay to make sure the unit has been vacuumed, counters wiped clean, and dishes cleaned as well, but overall we had no regrets staying here and would stay again. ##### Tyler B. Convenience was important. Having a place that was quiet was a must. And dog friendly is a bonus. The apt is super cute and the perfect size. Clean and well stocked with everything. There are stairs so make sure you are ok with them. I would def stay again. Two things I would fix: please add more lighting to the outside of the interior area before the stairs. That is a bit dark. Maybe a sensor light. And fix the bedroom closet doors. They are useless and didn't work. Couldn't access the little dresser which doesn't really fit inside. Needs Some TLC Outside The carriage house is in a great location, a1.5 block walk to Forsyth Park and walking distance to see lots of great Savannah. Inside is super cute with lots of extra amenities and all the appliances you need. Super comfy sheets and bed. Just be aware that there are 13 very steep open backed and open sided metal stairs to climb, not safe for children and not great for pets either. We carried our small dogs up and down the stairs as they could have easily fallen thru or off the steps if not careful. Also the courtyard area had broken glass and was unkept. It could use a lot of cleanup work. Also there 2 step down areas when you first enter the property. One step down is more apparent and the other is not and makes no sense to be there, plus isn't marked or brought to your attention, nor is it lighted very well, so watch your step. I fell one night due to these issues with the second step down area. I will say the owners responded quickly to the incident and I hope the issues are corrected. All in all, INSIDE the unit is GREAT, OUTSIDE needs a true dose of TLC. ##### Lisa C.
