The professionally designed spaces offer open-concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces perfect for entertaining.  
  
The Space:  
This property is a condo that has 8 separate units inside. This listing is for one third-floor unit. The unit is two stories and has bedrooms on both floors. Elevator access to unit entry is available. Interior stairs are required to access the upstairs bedrooms. Please inquire if you are interested in renting one of the units separately.

Explore the bustling River Street, only a 15-minute walk away, where you can indulge in dining, shopping, and scenic river views. With convenient access to attractions and amenities, you'll experience the vibrant energy of Savannah right  
  
Getting Around:  
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
HOUSE DISCLOSURES  
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!  
–This building is located directly across from a lively nightclub, and noise from the bar and street may continue late into the night. While this location is ideal for those who want to be close to vibrant nightlife, it may not be the best fit if you or your group are sensitive to noise.  
  
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS   
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.  
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
