Beautiful home, perfect for our group!

The home was beautiful and perfect for our group of 7! The outside patio was fun for evening hangouts. Great location and within walking distance of many fun restaurants and bars. Sarah was an awesome communicator and went out of her way to provide recommendations before we arrived. 10/10 recommed!!

Eager anticipation, but disappointing stay.

6 sisters shared this rental and we had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was great for walking to most of the sites we wanted to see. We were frustrated that some of the items listed in the rental description weren’t as described since they were the reasons we chose this rental. The fireplaces were no longer working and the back courtyard greenery was completely dead, so we spent no time there. The brick walkway out back is a trip hazard (1 sister tripped a few times) and the wire on the gate cut a few of us. The unit needed a thorough cleaning and there were broken lamps that no longer worked. I contacted the owner and she was very responsive & worked to make things right. The manager brought replacement items and listened to our concerns, but it was frustrating to spend time on these problems which interfered with our time in Savannah.

Great rental

This rental was exactly as pictured, very cute and charming in an updated Savannah classic home. It was very well appointed and made for a comfortable stay. The owners were responsive and easy to work with!!!

Family Wedding : perfect place to stay!

We had everything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable. Quiet overnight. Lovely patio/courtyard for evening entertaining. Great location. We were able to park in the driveway and walk everywhere.

Our group of ladies had so mush fun at Beach Institute! The property was even better than the pictures and descriptions. We were amazed by the incredible decor and space provided. Some of our favorite details included the spacious dining room, cozy living room, and gorgeous back garden area. Was walkable or a cheap Uber to any local hot spot. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay to anyone!

Great for a girls weekend

I stayed here with friends for a girls weekend. It was perfect for our group. Walkable to everything Savannah has to offer (and easy Uber ride when we didn’t feel like walking). The host was very communicative and was quick to fix the burnt out light bulb we reached out to him about during our stay. The house was great for the group - we used the dining table for dinner one night and the back garden area for hanging out. They were also very accommodating and communicative with our arrival and departure. Would recommend!

Bachelorette trip

This house was amazing! I had 10 girls stay here for my sisters Bach trip and we had plenty of room! It’s in the middle of everything! The house was very clean and was decorated so beautifully! I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Perfect bachelorette weekend!

We rented this house for a friend's bachelorette party and it was everything we could have hoped for! Plenty of room for everyone, an excellent location and beautiful decor. Andy was there to let us in and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We especially appreciated the flexible check-out time as some of us were coming from very far away and wanted to spend every minute we could together! Another wonderful part about this house is the outside courtyard. We had nice weather so it was fun to have drinks out there and just another space to go hang out in. You can definitely walk to all of the attractions downtown but its also a quick/cheap uber ride. Cannot recommend this place enough, wish I could come back every year!

PERFECT FOR OUR GROUP!

The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great area! Perfect house for 10 girls on a bachelorette weekend, we had more than enough space. The only thing that was unfortunate is the air conditioner upstairs does not work very well so it got really hot up there. Thanks so much for letting us stay and have a fun weekend in your beautiful home!

Wonderful Trip

This house was amazing for our group bachelorette party. The house itself was wonderful and we all loved exploring and looking around at the old architecture. The dining room was nice and large for our group to eat together for breakfast and it was located about 25 minutes walking from the downtown area. We always made sure to plan our walking route past Forsyth Park which is only a few blocks away. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway Spot

This place is PERFECT! Such a cute place and in a easy spot to get to downtown from. Just a $5 uber ride 🙌 ! The house was in amazing condition and decorated so cute! The whole experience was perfect!

Amazing stay! Great hosts!

I hosted a bachelorette party here at the historic 1890s rowhouse, and we had the best experience. Bren, the property manager, was awesome to work with and made the whole process so smooth and seamless. They worked around our work schedules for check-in, were extremely professional, and were quick to respond with my questions and concerns through the booking process. The girls and I LOVED the house! It is so spacious and perfect for entertaining a group. We really enjoyed sitting around the dining room table, with plenty of sitting room and easy access to the kitchen while we were having our cocktails! The rooms were clean, neat, and just as pictured. The entire house was just such a great piece of history and perfect for our stay. We were in walking distance of everything and had no trouble getting around at all! We bar hopped, visited the historic squares, and were able to take a $3 uber ride to River Street for our girls' night out! :) Thank you so much for the amazing stay!!!

Great Stay!

The house was in great shape, and the property manager was helpful and cooperative. Kitchen was stocked with the necessary utensils to cook a full meal, which was nice. My only suggestion is to add more channels to the cable package. We happened to be staying on the biggest college football weekend of the year, and wanted to watch some of the games on ESPN, but the cable box did not have the channel. We will still be keeping this house on our list for future stays. Thanks again!
