The water pressure was good and despite being on a busy artery we were not at all bothered by street noise. There was some noise from the above unit very late at night, but in an older home this is not unexpected. Our only suggestion is the addition of a toaster to fully round out the kitchen appliances, otherwise everything else was tip-top. We were easily able to walk to the riverfront area and access the gorgeous squares without having to use the car. If folks are in relatively decent shape we would recommend parking the car and seeing the city in a slower, more local way. Two groceries are within 2-3 blocks as is an excellent coffee shop (Sentient Bean) which makes a very refreshing mint lemonade and terrific chai as well.
