Conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk from a DOT bus stop on E 32nd Street. Getting Around: The home is conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk (approximately 0.1 miles) from a DOT bus stop on E 32nd Street. The walk is flat and easy, making it suitable for both avid walkers and those who prefer a more relaxed pace. From this stop, you can catch a bus heading west toward Downtown Savannah, with direct access to: Historic Downtown Savannah River Street City Market Forsyth Park Museums, shops, restaurants, and major attractions Buses run regularly throughout the day, offering a convenient and affordable alternative to Uber. It’s a comfortable and scenic way to explore the city without needing to drive. Other Things to Note: NOTE: The hot tub is fully functional for heating and works well to enjoy warm temperatures. However, the jets do not operate at full speed at the moment. About parking: Two concrete parking spots are in the back of the property. Good size for 3 adults. Spa Jacuzzi outside really should have steps to enter and exit safely from. It was hard to climb in and out of and the jets only worked on one spot. No pool towels were available so we had to use the bath towels.Needless to say, we only got in it once. Wood floors were chipping and breaking in some spots in living room so had to be mindful of sharp pieces of wood and to avoid stepping on weak spots. Bathrooms were not functional. One bathroom has an old clawfoot tub that was difficult stepping in and out of and a bit slippery with no bars to grab onto and no place to put your soap and hair products when showering. Hand towel holders would be nice to have as well. TVs were not user friendly. Living room tv had a poor picture. Had a hard time figuring out how to use the Firestick (no instructions were left). I reached out to ask for help on how to get the internet on tv to work so that I could just use screen share from my phone to tv and stream my own stuff, however, did not get a response, but after two days was able to get the tv to connect to internet. Furniture in living room was not comfortable. Pros: House was a close drive to many places we wanted to visit and I was appreciative of the fact that the home had it's own parking area and that it was pet friendly and clean.
