People were very loud, screaming every night until 3/4 in the morning. Balcony was small. Pillows were so flat. But overall it was a very nice hotel.

Cool boutique hotel with good restaurant attached. Staff very nice and helpful. My issue is I did not have hot water in the shower. Complained about it my first day and was told it would be addressed. Still no hot water the second day. That kind of ruins the experience and makes everything else not very important.

My overall stay was very nice. They only thing I did not care for was not having my room cleaned daily. Not sure if this is the new way of hotel stays. I did need to request new and fresh towels daily as well as trash pick up. Although I had heard about a per night destination fee added to the bill, I still don't understand what that's all about. "Complimentary" snacks & unalcoholic beverages were a plus but now I see that's where this destination fee must come into play. Overall a nice hotel. Walking distance to City Market and not too far to River Street. Would stay again.

Nice hotel. Updated rooms. Clean, smelled great. Amenities including the heated outdoor pool, fire pit and fitness center were nice. Love that in room non alcoholic beverages and snacks were complimentary daily- soda, juice, water, coffee, tea, chips, granola bars. Very convenient location- easy walk to everything. Very close to Riverfront. Staff very friendly. I would stay again.

The Andaz Savannah was in a great location to be able to walk everywhere. The hotel was clean smelled nice upon walking into the lobby as well as the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was our first time staying at this property. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late due to a delayed flight. After hours, doors can only be opened by the front desk without a key. We were warmly welcomed. The area immediately around the hotel was very busy on a weekend evening due to bars and clubs. The rest of the evenings during the week were quiet. Enjoyed everything about the Andaz. They were so accommodating that we were even given an umbrella to borrow for the rainy day. No vehicle was necessary. We got around on foot or Uber when needed. Parking garage steps from the hotel. Would stay again!!! tdelayeflight

My husband and came into Savannah late and there was a problem with our other room (booked by someone else) so I booked through Expedia. The woman young woman working the desk was so very nice and answered all questions when checking in. When checking out I had a few more questions about the area and the hotel and they were answered by a nice young woman that was very helpful! Room was excellent and very clean! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great hotel, great breakfast. Everything was great, except valet parking guys that were standing outside of hotel. One of them comment something nasty about women parking their own car. Yes, I can park my own car, I don't need your service, boy!

The property was clean with nicely updated decor. Nice pool area with fire pit. Very walkable area to River Walk, shops, restaurants, etc. Price was reasonable. Didn't spend much time at the property other than to sleep since there are so many restaurants and bars nearby.

Wonderful happy hour with complimentary drinks and appetizers daily. Also nice to have snacks and non-alcoholic drinks included in the room. The live music at Happy Hour was excellent. We lived the decor and artwork at the hotel. On the down side, the additional parking cost was a little shocking upon arrival.

Great location next to the City Market, lots of dining and drinking options nearby. Arrived at 3:30, but unable to check in till 5 PM due to staff shortages. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but food at the restaurant was mediocre. Homelessness readily apparent in the surrounding square, but they are not aggressive and there is a large police presence. Cleanliness is pretty good, but it is apparent that staffing is inadequate, both in housekeeping and in maintenance. We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and comfortable, but probably would not do so again. Better options for lodging and dining are readily available.

We enjoyed the Andaz. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is lovely and in a convenient location for the historic district. The restaurant was disappointing (quality/value), but there are tons of great restaurants in the neighborhood.

It was a tremendous location and a really fine hotel. The service staff was excellent. For a high-end hotel however, they could’ve afforded to upgrade their windows and doors. We were on the sixth floor, and there was a tremendous amount of street noise.
