Looks like a flip in progress. Old stove that looks a bit rusted on the side. Floors redone but soft in places. The place was clean and tidy, was quite close to the university, but still quiet. It was missing a few basic kitchen supplies(scissors,cups,coffee pods) but we could make do with what was there!
