« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to Geneva for the Ironman race and so we had to wake up super early. The hotel staff had arranged “grab-and-go” bags for the athletes to have breakfast at 4am. They also made the breakfast nook available so we could use the toaster, microwave coffeemaker and hot water for those of us that had packed our breakfast essentials. Thank you to the Microtel team for going above and beyond !!! »

« Le lit pliant n'avait pas de couvertures alors j'ai appelé le service pour des couvertures. On ne m'en apporter qu'une seule :( Lorsque que le service d'entretien venait il ne refaisait pas le lit pliant. Le lavabo de la douche était difficile à fermer et ne fermait pas juste. On entendait les voisins de chambre parler, c'était mal insonorisé. »

« By far one of the best places we have ever stayed, we plan to stay again in the future! The staff was beyond amazing. Every interaction they were so kind, helpful, and respectful. There is a small walking trail on the property, along with a few farm animals that was cool to see. There is a goat that walks around the property as well which was very fun to see. We loved the idea of the wood fired hot tub and this was one of our favorites parts! Highly recommend this place! »
