You will find 7 kms a village with all shops (restaurants, bakeries, grocery store, doctor,). It is a detached house which will bring you comfort, rest and conviviality. The house is completely renovated, it is very bright. On the ground floor, the rooms are open, the dining room, the living room and the outdoor terrace communicate easily. The dining room opens onto the terrace thanks to the picture window as well as the kitchen thanks to a service door; The toilets are on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find a corridor leading to the 3 bedrooms and the shower room. Outside, you have access to a 45 m2 terrace which is closed, and a courtyard. Lovers of nature, calm, fishing, hiking, cultural visits, the setting is made for you. Sauville is a small village in the heart of the Ardennes, located between the Argonne forest, the Three Cantons and the Pre-Ardenne crests It is a site on which fishermen, walkers and cyclists can meet nature: Forest of Mont Dieu, La Cassine, Canal des Ardennes and its locks, the Lake which allows bird watching as well as the stream.
