Our owner-operated cabin is the perfect base for experiencing the North Georgia mountains. We’re located in Sautee Nacoochee, just 5 miles from downtown Helen, where you can stroll through the Bavarian village, enjoy shopping, or stop by one of the many unique local eateries. Designed with comfort in mind, our cabin features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel at home. Whether you're unwinding on the porch, exploring nearby Unicoi State Park (just 2 miles away), or visiting the stunning Anna Ruby Falls (6 miles away), Cinnamon Stick Cabin offers a welcoming retreat for your next adventure. From the moment you step onto the property, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway. This cabin offers a private escape where you can kick back on the porch swing, gather around the fire pit, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A paved driveway provides ample parking, and inside, a spacious living room and kitchen welcome you with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and create lasting memories. Bedrooms: 1\. The master bedroom is just off the living room and boasts a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom/tub, TV, Bose Speakers, and more. 2\. The second bedroom is located just upstairs with a queen size bed and its own private TV 3\. There are two full-size beds located in the upstairs roomy loft Guest access: The entire house excluding one locked closet and garage. No pets allowed: If pets are found, an additional charge of $200 per pet will be applied. 2\. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is (8). This rule is strictly enforced. If exceeded, a fee of $100 per person, per night, will be charged for each guest over the limit. 3\. No Parties or Events: Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Violation of this rule will result in an assessed fee. 4\. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If smoking occurs or traces of smoking are found, a $300 fee will be charged. 5\. Noise Ordinance: Please observe the county noise ordinance, which takes effect after 10 PM. 6\. Child Safety: Children should not be left unattended on the deck, near the fire pit, on the stairs, or the patio. Please keep a close eye on them for their safety. 7\. Late Checkout: Unauthorized late checkouts will result in an additional charge of $150. 8\. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $300 is required. 9\. The road to the cabin is rustic but able to be navigated! The host does have some instructions for the cabin but not how to use the 2 TV remotes. The host did text us instructions but still could not get it to work until the next day...there also should be instructions on how to use thermostat., our last morning we got up to the cabin being 63 degrees!The host should to talk to the cleaners as there were some dead bugs & it needs a good dusting. ##### Deborah S. I saw in other commets that the road to the cabin was sketchy but it wasnt that bad at all, I would recommend getting there in the day time just to familiarize yourself with it. The cabin was clean and stock with everything you would need. Jillana was the perfect host and quick to respond to any needs or questions. My friends and I will definitely be staying here again! The cabin is just like the pictures and you feel at home right from the beginning. I appreciated all the personal touches throughout and especially the incredibly fast response when we had minor questions. We enjoyed the fireplace each night (firewood is available for purchase close by) and our family made happy memories of our boys' first cabin experience. The location is very close to Helen and Anna Ruby Falls and made them both easily reachable throughout our stay. The road to the cabin is gravel as mentioned in previous reviews and can be bumpy at times. The cabin is isolated and our recommedation is to arrive while there is still daylight in order to make it easier the first day. The beds/pillows were very confortable and each bathroom and kitchen also have liquid soap readily available. Being able to do laundry at the cabin the night before we left was an added bonus for me. Overall, we would certainly recommend this cabin...it was a great experience and memories we'll remember for years to come. ##### Dan H. The cabin is so cute and cozy just like the pictures. There is a very long dirt road you have to go down to get there, but it was no dig deal in a CRV. The only bummer was that I had to purchase the insurance which was more costly than i was anticipating on spending on the cabin. I would have rather had the nightly price raised to include that or keep the card on file in case of incidents. There also was only one extra toilet paper roll per bathroom and only one paper towel roll. One more of each would have been better. Overall though everything was great and I would definitely stay here again/suggest it to someone else. ##### Shannon M.
