« House is very pretty and spacious.Communication could have been better. I used the VRBO portal to try to resolve a miscommunication two days before arrival and it took a day and a half to receive a response. Host told me I should have texted him but I was never provided his phone number.There are 5 heat pumps/AC split system units but only one controller provided. « Let’s start with Danielle; an amazing host and communicator. Worked with us on arrival and departure times, met us at property to run us through everything. She was fantastic! The pictures do not do this property justice; it’s an amazing House Boat in a stunning location. Spotless, comfortable, and outfitted with everything you would need. It’s was an unbelievable experience with a fanatics owner and I highly recommend it! »

« Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay. »

« This suite was in Warwick. There is a small deck where off to the side the Cove is visible.it is difficult to say it is pet friendly. Up 2 flights of steps, no room inside and no fenced in yard. The room was clean. The hot tub is very small and on the side of the driveway in the front yard by the street. No privacy. There was a fruit snack and homemade corn bread on arrival. The suite is very small for two and the hostess has every space filled with her items. »
