### Beach Cottage shabby/chic comfortable home

Comfortably furnished desirable home with water views. This house is an efficient mixture of simple beach living combined with cozy classic cabin vibes. Enjoy an updated outside hot water shower, stove, washer and dryer, and hardwood flooring mixed with a beautiful 1950s farmers sink and charming knotty pine cabinets and wall paneling.   
Located in the heart of the quaint and extremely desirable Plum Beach neighborhood which boasts great walking combined with easy highway/bridge acess allowing for quick commuting to Newport, Providence and South county beaches.  
 4 miles down the street from both the historic Wickford Village and Daves Market you cannot beat this location. Everything Rhode Island has to offer and more is minutes away from this address. And the best part is there are deeded beach rights across the street.
