The water was off from 11:00am-1:40 pm on a day that I was planning to be in my room during those hours. Also, they only wash the towels every 3 days but housekeeping came in and put my dirty towels on the bathroom floor , put new ones in the bathroom but left the old ones on the floor and the bathroom trash wasn’t completely emptied. Because I had spread the bed it wasn’t made but the hand soap and the pen and pad was replaced. It was a half cleaning job and I’ve never quite seen that before. Not to mention, the housekeeping supervisor didn’t realize I had checked in already and used her key to come in to check the cleanliness of the room. She apologized but it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my stay.

I really like this hotel, the staff were very kind, the breakfast was good, not to many options but better than the popular one hotel breakfast. And also the deposit fee was good than other places. I would like to go back there. Thank you Holliday Inn 🙂
