We offer you a comfortable and welcoming holiday home for your stays in Saumur, whether for work or leisure. Ideally located just steps from the train station and only five minutes from the city center, it is easily accessible while providing a peaceful setting.  
  
This spacious holiday home can accommodate up to 11 people. It consists of two independent units located side by side: one can host up to 6 people, the other up to 5 people.  
  
Each unit is fully equipped to ensure your comfort (kitchen, bedding, appliances, etc.). The beds are made upon your arrival, so you can fully enjoy your stay from the very first moment.  
  
You can gather in a large, friendly living room, perfect for sharing moments together, as well as in a spacious, tree-filled garden, ideal for relaxing on sunny days.  
  
Important: The accommodations are located in a private courtyard, within a calm and secure environment.
