There were vehicle break ins the night we stayed and we were advised no security nor video surveillance of parking lot. The area was dirty and no restaurants nearby except one. We felt very unsafe with the break ins. We hope for a full refund from our future booking there due to this(we booked it for return trip but dont feel safe there)

Theft in communities has increased following the pandemic but I am confident that you are safe when visiting our community. We have provided a full refund to you for your future booking. We have surveillance on property however the surveillance cameras did not pick up on the activity that allowed for the perpetrator to access your unlocked vehicle. My stay at Sleep Inn with my pet was fantastic! The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the pet amenities provided, like the cat treats, were a delightful touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, perfectly catering to both our needs. It was a hassle-free experience, making our trip unforgettable.

Great location. Clean and quiet hotel. Love that our dog is welcome there and always given a room near the exit to let him out quickly. Good breakfast options.

Great bed, super comfy. Can't beat the price. The staff was super friendly. There was an issue on the first night, that they took care of right away, and were super kind about it. Would definitely stay here again.

Every staff member there was so friendly, polite and helpful! We were in town for a swim meet and the hotel staff taped inspirational swim quotes to our doors and mirror. They had goldfish crackers and water bottles for the swimmers in the rooms and Swedish fish candies for all of them to enjoy. What an amazing welcome! Highly recommend!

Hotel was a pleasant surprise after a long day of travelling. Really enjoyed the restful sleep on very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again. We had late check in and staff offered us late check out and even kept the breakfast open later for us. Who does that?

Great hotel. Stayed here many times. Walls are a little thin, but overall great place to stay. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of variety. Would stay again. Staff at front desk was very friendly.Location is few steps from riverfront.

Very good and reasonable
One booking missed but was corrected and did not have to change rooms. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was so accommodating. Then I misplaced my iPad on the train. They sent a message to the train station and gave me the phone number. I got a call the next morning that it was found. We would highly recommend this place. Extra coffee in the rooms, microwave and fridge. Couldn’t want for anything more. It was a great stay for two nights
