There was more in this VRBO than originally listed - including a refrigerator, freezer, gas range, and there is a French press, but no coffee. I also received a message before I left from the host that I did not check until I had already left (being on Vacation I dismiss my phone) about taking the trash out and leaving the key - I wish this information would have been left in the VRBO. The property was described as “mint” and the pictures looked great. However, the description and photos were misleading. The vintage property is in a state of deferred maintenance and overall decay - the lawn was uncut and the backyard was an overgrown jungle. Peeling paint, floor and ceiling tiles, and loose boards. The foyer upon entry had a strong odor of cat urine, and the apartment itself had a strong unpleasant odor throughout.
