Amazing. Staff were fantastic. Room was fantastic. Food at the view restaurant was outstanding. Pool and hot tub were clean and excellent. Faultless. Made a last minute change to come here and don’t regret it for one second.

Very comfortable beds. Great veiw. Very clean. A bit over priced and did not have a microwave in the room. Hot tub and pool were great . We enjoyed our stay.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this location. The walkway along the river is right outside the door. The hotel is blocks away from one of our favourite restaurants. If you don't feel like venturing out for a meal the dining options in the hotel are great as well. All staff are very pleasant and efficient. My partner likes it when we have a view of the locks.

The room was clean and modern. Hotel had all the amenities and a great view of St Mary’s River. Pool and hot tub were great and the hot tub was actually hot. Staff was very warm and welcoming and helpful when I needed assistance. The only complaint was the room service dinner I ordered. The portion size was huge but my fish was undercooked and batter was soggy and my fries were cold.

Need a couch in the room, not just a big chair for one person. Shower door is in the wrong place to access fixtures. Hot tub and pool are wonderful. Great view-even saw fireworks from our room.

Overall great hotel - Staff was awesome, rooms were clean - Restaurant is getting a bit dated, but the food is incredible. Biggest reason for staying here is the fitness facility - Great equipment with lots of space.

Bonus to have a Starbucks right in the hotel! Proximity to the Agawa Canyon Rail Station (3 minutes drive) also a plus especially when we forgot our train tickets and needed to dash back to get it.

The website didn’t describe the property correctly. We booked in January, the website described breakfast was included, it is not. Also the website showed pictures of fire pits on the rooftop bar. Not only is there no roof top bar, there are no fire pits. We were very disappointed as there are many other Hotels that we could have chosen for our two night stay.

I have looked into your reservation and the one that was booked through Expedia/Hotels did not have breakfast included. They are additional packages that need to be added.

Enjoyed Our Stay
This is the 2nd time that my friends and I have stayed at this hotel (with our previous stay being about 7 years ago). The room was very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the tv had significant volume problems: it would lower and then raise on its own. I reported this to the front desk during checkout. I also mentioned that prior to our check-in, I had received a number of emails advising of what we are to expect about the hotel and check-in, including the fact that housekeeping is "on call". We were surprised that, on our first full more, we were woken up by the housekeeper knocking on our door. Also the surrounding area has gone downhill since our last visit. The area seems to have more homeless. In fact one day we found a suspicious man "inspecting" the cars in our parking lot. Management staff were on the case immediately.
