It was very difficult for older family members to manage the stairs to the loft area, so they had to stay downstairs in the bunk beds, which wasn’t ideal. We were able to bring our dog, but didn’t stay outside since the grass was very overgrown. The weather was wonderful and we found ourselves traveling around the UP, so this was a good home base. Julia was also very quick to respond to questions and checked in on us during our trip. ##### Julie H. On our September stay most of Soo lost power. They sent a message making sure we were aware. Thankfully by the time we returned to house we had power. If you have an issue with stairs this may not be the place for you. Stairway is narrow. Also, make sure to bring toiletries as it was not supplied. First place that I've been too that did not have all those items. Overall, this was a great place to stay, property manager was very responsive & we would stay again in future visits. ##### Heidi A.
