Park your car in the driveway and go anywhere in the charming village on foot! We're within walking distance of countless restaurants, shops, and kayaking on the Esopus creek—an ideal base to explore Saugerties. We have everything you need; self-check-in, off-street parking, security cameras, a sun-filled enclosed porch, complimentary coffee/tea, laundry, and bath amenities. The space: Once you enter the sunny enclosed porch, kick off your shoes and make yourself comfortable on the lounge chair. Inside you'll find our open-concept first floor, including a brand-new kitchen equipped with a gas range and oven, water dispensing fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and complimentary coffee/tea station. The dining area has seating for 6 with an additional 2-person island. Relax on the sectional in the spacious living room, which is also an extra queen sleeper sofa bed. There is an electric fireplace, Nest climate control, power blinds, and tv. Wifi and Youtube TV are included with your stay. At the top of the stairs, you'll find the marble-tiled bathroom. It has an enclosed glass shower/tub, large vanity, and built-in storage. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a portable magnifying lighted mirror, a hair dryer, and a clothes steamer. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Each bed has a brand new Nectar mattress/pillows and Brooklinen bedding that will make you wish you could stay even longer. Extra linens are also available. The first bedroom has a tv, free-standing storage, and a full-length mirror. The second bedroom has a bench, closet, and laundry space that you can use anytime. We look forward to hosting you! Eric & Jordan Guest access: You have full access to the home, driveway, front and back yard, and enclosed porch. House Rules: No Smoking- We do not allow smoking/vaping in the home or front porch. No Pets- We've decided to make this home pet-free for our guests. Limit Noise- Please consider our neighbors. No events or parties. Avoid Damage- Treat our home and belongings appropriately. Be Mindful- No flushable items, paper towels, feminine products, etc. No open flames or candles. Cleaning: We sanitize high-touch surfaces down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We refer to cleaning checklists to clean each room thoroughly. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. We loved our stay! The newly renovated property was exactly as described. The beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable, with lovely bath amenities. The kitchen was well organized and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to Main Street in Saugerties and a great location for Hunter Mountain skiing and snowboarding. Quiet, clean and pleasant atmosphere. The house was equipped with all our needs making it the perfect location. Eric and Jordan were so hospitable during our stay. This is a lovely historic home that has been beautifully remodeled. It is comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The hosts have provided every convenience and were stellar in communicating with us prior to our visit. The were also flexible, which I really appreciated. This home was perfect for hosting our group of 4 who were looking to catch-up, explore the town, and hike. The house is fully renovated and everything worked perfectly! Communication was superb. I’m a stickler for cleanliness, and the home was spotless. There is also everything you need - kitchen well stocked and organized, cleaning supplies, some toiletries, laundry, etc… The beds/bedding was also great. It was a very comfortable place to stay and worked perfectly for us. Location is also convenient - short distance to town and to HITS. Our family had everything we could need while we were in town for a wedding. The location is conveniently located minutes to downtown Saugerties. The house was lovely and had such beautiful design. We especially enjoyed the sunroom. The furnishings throughout the home are so comfy and efficient for a weekend of festivities! If you are traveling with young kiddos, I would recommend a gate for the stairs - our little guy just started walking and was determined to climb them as they were so central in the space - but it did not take away from our stay at all. The hosts were had great communication answering all of our questions before our trip. They were some of the best that we have ever rented from. Thank you so much for letting us stay.
