The Village Farmhouse is a proud member of Canopy Collective, a premier co-hosting company. Guest access Guests will have full-access to the home, yard, and other amenities. The front door is equipped with a Schlange smart lock. You will be given a custom code before arrival. Other things to note Sorry, no pets allowed. The shed in the back is off limits to guests. QUIRKS OF AN 1890s HOUSE The farmhouse is full of charm—with a few lovable quirks to match. You may notice some uneven floors or rooms at slightly different levels. Please watch your step! We like to think that after 135 years, the house has just settled into its own. :) DAMAGE WAIVER FEE \-- We require non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $34 in lieu of a security deposit to cover incidentals and accidents, up to $300\. It is marked as the management fee on your listing.
