The house was very clean and organized, and was the perfect size for our group. Having some food staples (coffee, butter, popcorn) already available in the house was super convenient and welcoming while traveling. Teri was very responsive to any and all questions. Everything is very clean and brand new, and the house itself feels recently renovated. It has been prepared incredibly thoughtfully, including supplies you may have forgotten to save a trip to a store, and clear labels to help you find everything. There are nice outdoor spaces, including a balcony on the upstairs bedroom and a high quality gas grill. Location is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to town. The place was perfect. The pictures don't really do the property justice. The place is larger and roomier than the description. The area is really quiet except for the occasional hawk. The location was close to hiking trails, Woodstock, and Kingston. I will definitely be staying there again. There was coffee and tea available. All the spices and pots and pans were there. We wanted a place that was easy to explore the area from and we scored with this house. Everything was clean and we were provided with everything we could need, pots & pans, soap & shampoo, washer & dryer--all of it. We also had plenty of room to do the work we brought with us.
