Things to know The beds in bedroom 2 can be converted into a king-sized bed. The scooter and the boat down at the dock aren't for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located by the front door and camera 2 is located by the backyard, both facing out. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras may actively record video and/or sound while guests are in residence Dock details: 2 private docks. Our home features direct access to the river with a private dock. The stairs and the slope down to the water are very steep and have several areas where a small child or pet could slip through. We recommend extreme caution when accessing the water or the area around the stairs. Please keep in mind that water activities are at your own risk and we bear no responsibility for any water activities. \*WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SWIMMING IN THE RIVER, THE CURRENT CAN BE QUITE STRONG\* We have four kayaks available for use during the warm months, typically April - October, two 2-person inflatable kayaks, and two 1-person kayaks. Again, use of the kayaks is at your own risk. Any damage to the kayaks, or lost equipment, will be deducted from the security deposit. There are also inflatable floats in the garage, help yourself to those. We have included life jackets in different sizes and a life buoy ring for your safety. Life jackets are an absolute requirement for any water activities, and we recommend using life jackets any time near the water. The life jackets are located in the storage box down by the river. We also have several fishing rods in the garage that you are welcome to use, bait can be purchased from Big Lake Outfitters of Saugatuck. If you take any of the water equipment or fish rods etc out, please put them back in the original storage area. Please do not leave any trash or glasses down by the riverside seating area. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
