Minor downsides, tiny kitchen w/o sugar for coffee, and rear hedges were just a tad overgrowm. Will stay here again, but will seek a quieter second floor unit, with 2 chairs on the balcony. The open space makes this little hide away feel bigger than it is. I'm very chemically sensitive and this rental was pretty clean of smelly chemicals. We enjoyed staying in town close to restaurants, the awesome coffee shop, and unique stores. Short drives to Saugatuck Dunes State Park for hiking and Oval Beach to enjoy Lake Michigan. Only negative, which is out of the hands of the owners, was the restaurant next door starting playing loud music at 6am every morning and the walls are very thin (also had some louder upstairs neighbors).
