Your suite is on the second floor, and includes a small balcony for your morning coffee. The futon couch in the living room folds out to a second queen bed. There are three suites in the home, and each have their own exterior entry door. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the shops and dining in town! The space Your suite is the entire upper level of our home. You will access from the main front door and immediately climb a flight of stairs where there is another locked door to your suite. The stairwell is quite steep, so keep that in mind if you have any issues navigating steep stairwells. You will have access to the private balcony. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and the futon couch in the living room folds out to another queen size bed. Bedding and towels are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap. The wifi is excellent throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Note that the oven is a half-size of normal. You will have one dedicated off street parking spot with a marked sign for Unit 3. Guest access You will have access to the front door, stairwell, and suite, as well as the dedicated off street parking space. Other things to note There are two other suites in the home which may have guests staying at the same time. The oven is only half normal size, so NOT great if you are coming to bake or eat frozen pizza! We strive to gain a 5 star review from all our guests. In return, we are also generous with high ratings when giving guest reviews. If there is anything throughout your stay that prevents you from giving a good review, please let us know right away so we can attempt to correct it, if possible. We have enjoyed our own family vacations at this home, and are happy to share it with you! The paint looks sloppy and the exhaust fan almost smelled like it was on fire after being left on for only 20 minutes or so and you don’t have a choice to turn it off as it’s connected to the only light in the bathroom. The carpet on the stairs to get to our unit is filthy and smells. It took us a day and a half to find the TV remote. It was buried in the futon mattress. Short drive to Oval Beach. It’s a very old house ( as most of them are in Saugatuck) but seems to be adequately maintained and was very clean. We really enjoyed how it is very cute and beach-housy. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is a bit dated but functional. The porch is fantastic - while it could use a lick of paint and you are pretty close to the neighbors, there is a line of trees that makes you feel like you're sitting in a forest. To the left are very narrow, steep stairs that are not clean looking and awkward to climb. A stand up air conditioner cooled the living room but not the bedroom. It was so loud it was difficult to hear the tv. Pilling on the couch cover made it scratchy and uncomfortable. Chipped paint and sloppy painting decorated the doors and walls. Mis-matched bathroom items such as shower walls, faucetts along with a dirty, uncovered exhaust fan, gave it a very sad look. The bedroom ceiling fan was inadequate as well as the outlets near the bed attached to extension cords.
