The closely situated Port of Sassnitz offers numerous restaurants and excursions. The kilometer-long white sandy beach is just 10 km away and easily reached by car, bicycle or bus. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in der Sassnitzer Altstadt, wirklich nur einen Katzensprung vom Sassnitzer Steinstrand entfernt, mit einigen guten Restaurants in direkter Nähe.Die Wohnung mit geräumigem Flur, kleinem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist von der Größe her vollkommen ausreichend. Mit einem größeren Kind kann es auf dem Bettt zu dritt etwas eng werden, aber zur Not befindet sich im Wohnzimmer noch eine Schlafcouch (die wir aber nicht getestet haben). Die Küche ist auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub benötigt, aufgrund der Größe ist aber kein Backofen vorhanden.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass neben Handtüchern auch Bettwäsche vorhanden ist, und für deren Reinigung sowie die Endreinigung keine Zusatzkosten anfallen.Weiterhin sind die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Alles in allem eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. ##### Martin V. Man fühlt sich wie im OP-Saal. Es gibt keinen Backofen, nur ein Mini-Ceranfeld mit 2 Platten. Kochgeschirr und Geschirr sind gefühlt nur Ausrangiertes ... Alles in allem würde ich sagen...minimalistisch und recht lieblos eingerichtet. Ich würde nicht wieder buchen und auch nicht empfehlen. Die Wohnung war aber sauber und ordentlich. Alles war blitzsauber, die Wohnung einladend beheizt, der Empfang und die Einweisung durch die Vermieterin absolut komplikationslos und überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Schlafzimmer und Bett könnte etwas größer sein. Aber die Wohnung ist Top sauber und für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Wir waren mit unserer Ferienwohnung in der Sassnitzer Altstadt sehr zufrieden. Das Meer bzw. der Hafen sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, lediglich ein Backofen fehlt. Dafür gibt es aber eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Hafen von Sassnitz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jun 25, 2017 #### Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Sassnitz Unser Urlaub in Sassnitz hat uns sehr gefallen. Die An- und Abreise war einfach, alles hat geklappt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin Frau Harder hat uns herzlich und freundlich begrüßt. Das war bestimmt nicht der letzte Urlaub auf Rügen! Besonders schön: Nur wenige Geh-Minuten entfernt ist die Strandpromenade und die Altstadt mit sehr guten Restaurants! Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Oct 22, 2016 #### Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung Die kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung hat uns einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub auf Rügen ermöglicht. Für uns war die Lage ideal um das nördliche und östliche Rügen (vom Kap Arkona bis Sellin) zu erkunden. Von der Wohnung bis zum Strand sind es wenige hundert Meter. Wir waren mit dem Auto angereist und konnten dies problemlos mit der in der Wohnung bereitgelegten Parkkarte auf dem reservierten Parkplatz abstellen. Für die Eigenversorgung bietet die Küche alle nötigen Utensilien und der Supermarkt ist auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Leider hat der vorhandene Geschirrspüler nicht funktioniert, aber Frau Harder war sehr bemüht das Problem zu beheben. Allem in allem waren wir sehr glücklich mit unserer Wahl. ##### Golgi H.
