It can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The apartment has a large sunny south-facing balcony. The balcony and the living room offer direct sea views to the Baltic Sea, just 20 meters away. The 55 sqm apartment consists of a large bedroom (20 sqm), a spacious bathroom with shower, a large living / dining room (20 sqm) with integrated kitchenette and a south-facing balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A second flat screen TV set to track bed out. Adjacent to the bedroom is the spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom opposite is a small Flurnische with a single bed, which can be used if a child wants to sleep near the parents. Through a door you enter the living / dining room with integrated kitchenette (fridge, 2-ring ceramic hob, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker). The room is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, a couch that can be converted into a comfortable sleeping accommodation (pocket spring) for 2 persons, and a dresser. The lying area is 155 cm. The living room has a large flat-screen TV (46 "), a BlueRay DVD player and a radio-CD Bluetooth compact system, so that no wish to be left unfulfilled. Binoculars are also part of the equipment, so you can follow the hustle and bustle on the water up close. Because the Baltic Sea shore is located directly in front of the house, you can gently rock the sound of the sea just 20 meters away from the Baltic Sea to sleep. On the large south-facing balcony (100% south-facing) you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon. Even when the sun is not shining, it is difficult to retire from the balcony. Linen packages (sheets and 2 towels per person) are included, as well as the use of a parking space in front of the house and Wi-Fi access. During the time of your stay in our apartment you have a parking space on the parking deck directly in front of the house for free. The pitches themselves are normally large, but the maneuvering space in front of the pitches is tight, so parking requires a bit of skill. We recommend you to park backwards. At the rear possibly attached bicycle carriers must be dismantled before parking. If required, the bike carrier can be parked in our lockable basement compartment. In the Sassnitz old town with its narrow streets, there is NO public parking, so we are glad to offer a parking space directly at the house! At the harbor is a large, modern parking garage, which was rebuilt a few years ago. In the immediate vicinity are also a bakery and several cafes and restaurants. Baby cot and highchair are available free of charge if required. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung direkt oberhalb der Sassnitzer Promenade und des Nationalparks Jasmund. Highlight ist der wunderschöne Balkon mit grandiosem Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alle Hygienemaßnahmen wurden während Corona mehr als erfüllt. Die exponierte Lage rechtfertigt den hohen Preis. Allerdings hätten wir bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen erwartet, dass das Wäschepaket wenigstens einmal noch getauscht wird. Ärgerlich war für uns, dass die Fewo zwar für Nichtraucher ausgewiesen ist, aber der Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon leider durch Raucher in benachbarten Fewo beeinträchtigt wurde. Ausserdem fanden leider im gesamten Urlaubszeitraum Bauarbeiten unterhalb unseres Balkons statt (teilweise früh zeitig sehr laut). Gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass das Fenster im Schlafzimmer unmittelbar neben der Eingangstür im öffentlichen Bereich liegt. ##### Manfred R. Oct 29, 2018 #### Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gepasst Von den im Internet gezeigten Bildern haben wir uns eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung erhofft, wurden allerdings enttäuscht. Das Appartement 302 wurde als Ferienwohnung für vier Personen mit zwei Schlafzimmern angeboten. Ein Schlafzimmer ist gleichzeitig Eingangsbereich, Garderobe, Stellplatz für Reinigungsgeräte und Schlafplatz (Doppelbett). Ein zweites Schlafzimmer gibt es nicht. Dafür steht ein Einzelbett im angrenzenden Durchgangszimmer zum Wohn/Küchenbereich, gegenüber des Bades. Die vierte Schlafmöglichkeit wäre demnach die Couch im Wohnbereich. Die Ausstattung hat gepasst, ist aber zum Teil nicht auf dem neuesten Stand (Bad). Der Balkon verdient 5 Sterne, weil groß, neu und fantastischer Ausblick. Es fehlt der Hinweis, das der Stellplatz für das Auto sehr eng ist, wir hatten Probleme mit dem Fahrradträger am Auto einzuparken. Der Empfang durch den beauftragten Dienstleister erfolgte freundlich und verlief reibungslos. Leider ist die Reinigung nur oberflächlich gründlich erfolgt und hat merklich Raum für Verbesserungen. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung aber ohne Besonderheiten. Eine (Tee-)Kanne war beispielsweise nicht vorhanden. Das Gebäude selbst ist etwas abgenutzt und eine 1990er Jahre Zweckbau mit Bäderarchitektur Fassade. Etwas Farbe täte dem Gebäude gut. Aug 17, 2018 #### Geräumiges, modernes Apartment mit Balkon mit tollem Blick auf die Ostsee Wir haben hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und relativ neu, die Zimmer in hervorragendem Zustand. Auf dem Balkon sitzt man wunderbar mit tollem Blick direkt auf die Ostsee. Es gibt auch einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Keller. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage am Hafengebiet ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Der einzige Nachteil hat nichts mit dem Apartment zu tun: Sassnitz ist am einigen Orten nett renoviert; es gibt aber Ecken, an denen nichts gemacht wurde und die langsam verfallen. Wenn man im Meer baden will und Sandstrand mag, muss man raus nach Binz oder Glowe. Dafür ist der Königsstuhl per Wanderung am Ufer erreichbar. ##### Dr. Stefan S. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Ausblick ist gigantisch! Sassnitz ist auch im Winter eine Reise wert, Wind und Wellen sind bestens geeignet, um abzuschalten.
