Nice clean, renovated rooms. Pool area was great for the kids. Parking lot was very noisy outside our window all night. Would recommend a room where the window isn’t facing the parking lot.

There was sooo much noise and arguing outside and the bed was broken felt like was going to fall to the ground and uncomfortable. This experience was terrible. We did not use the pool or dining so no reviews on that

This hotel used to be a very nice place to stay but in the last few years it has dropped its standards. Room had dust and hair on the floor not clean . If you go out side at door 1 or 2 there are beggers that ask can i bum a smoke can i have some change. Security shoulld maybe once in a while go out side and see whats going on instead of just hanging out by the front desk.

The only reason I will give the property a 3 is because of the pool and water slides for the kiddos. Besides that it’s super noisy. You can’t escape the smell of cigarette smoke from the people smoking outside the door every time you enter or leave. In and out with traffic of people constantly. All you can hear all night is people talking, kids screaming, and doors opening and closing. Bathroom and shower was dirty. Beds were full of hair. Stains on the walls. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights, the room was only cleaned once. We had to go get our own towels and sheets from front desk. We stayed in a family room and had 6 guests. We were only supplied 4 towels. The air conditioner in bedroom didnt blow cold air. The hotel is a maze. I had to help 2 other guests find the lobby. Water park is great for kids though.

Not a place to stay with a baby unfortunately. Was so loud there, people (kids) from other rooms running up and down the halls all night and slamming doors. And bathroom was dirty in our room when we arrived. Service at front desk was great though.

This hotel is just not very accessible. There is 1 elevator that is quite a hike from the front desk, and because its a quite large hotel, you have to stand and wait in line to use it. The pools are cool, but again, quite a hike, and very difficult to find.

My booking was advertised completely wrong. We had a poolside room which wasnt stipulated we also had to share a balcony with someone else who we didnt know which was odd. Also not stipulated in the booking. We asked to move multiple times told we couldnt we were woken up everu day before 8 am cuz the pool opens at 8 and kids start screaming and then the noise of the waterslides. Pool closes late as well. Hallways were noisy slamming doors till 1 am people in halls no security for that. Wouldnt stay again .awesome pool area tho.

The place is old and run down. Beds uncomfortably and you could feel the springs. The hot tubs were closed as the 5 pool attendants let 32 people in the hot tub. The only reason to stay there is the water slides

Hotel is dirty, very old and not well maintained. Terrible location. The kids pool and water slides are in 2 different areas which is inconvenient I wouldn’t stay here again

We rented the under the sea theme room. The rooms were clean, staff was great, water slides and pools were good. However for the price of the theme rooms they are not worth the price. The room is old wallpaper peeling, carpet lifting, but the worst was the smell of the room. It was moldy and musty smelling. We left the bathroom fan on and the fan in the room to try to circulate the air hoping it would help, it did not.

They changed my room to a poolside room which I did not want, due to noise. Then after the pool closed the workers cleaning the pool area were extremely loud and obnoxious for several hours so we got very little sleep. We will definitely not be back ever!

Found that this hotel is declining have been going here for 30 years and it is slowly going downhill. It has become quite noisy in the halls at night, the hot tubs and the pools are being taken out of service for reasons undisclosed when asked why. The entrance that we used , door 1, on this stay was messy with garbage by the door including an exhaust system that was discarded there. The smell of marijauna was noticeable in the hallway of door 1 as well as people standing outside by this door entrance smoking it as well and you have to walk through this stench to get inside the building. I don’t think family members including kids need to be subjected to this. When I complained at checkout time the person said “ oh sorry “ and that was it. Will not be booking back into here .
