Arrived and checked in, only given 1 room key for me and my wife instead of the usual 2 that are given. Head to room, floory sticky, mirror dirty and smeared. Patio door left unlock so anyone from the steeet had access. Glad i checked after dropping my bags off.Toilet moving around when sitting on it, was loose and not properly secured. Breakfast was free and pictures provided showed hash browns, fresh scrambled eggs and baked goods. The real breakfast at 8:15am (done at 9) was nice cold chicken/turkey bacon? Nice cold egg patties and disappointment. People partying outside there room early into the morning. Cheap quality toiletries with cardboard for toilet paper, ouch. Very disappointed in our stay, will never see us recommending this place to anyone.

I arrived to find that the room was smoked in, dirty, and there were bars on the patio doors. Homeless people wandering trying to get into vehicles.

Giant wet spot on floor which let to a stain and wetness to my personal belongings Left over garbage and children bottles in room Couldn’t check in at proper time - led to plans being disrupted. Breakfast was very limited, with not proper warning, which was disappointing.

Very clean and updated rooms. beds were comfy with decent bedding. Unfortunately there were people rifling through garbages just outside our main floor suite that had patio doors. It felt a little unsafe

At check in it was hard to understand what he was saying as he didn't speak English very well and they still have those plastic barriers so I couldn't hear properly either. The room was somewhat clean... the bed had a big black hair on it which I found disgusting. The continental breakfast was ok, there were no forks and the options were pretty limited. The eggs were horrible and having everything wrapped in plastic is very inconvenient and hugely wasteful. The only good thing was the waffle maker but the machine to get the batter was slow and again using a new wrapped cup each and every time is hard on the Environment. Places like this need to think about the waste that they generate and look at doing better.

When we checked in, we were given a room, walked all the way upstairs with luggage and bags because there is no elevator, only to find this room a complete mess! Definitely hadn’t been even looked at by cleaning staff. Clearly some poor communication and time management between employees. Had to walk all the way back down stairs with everything to obviously ask for a new room. Front desk person was running around with a clip board trying to find another room. It was a pretty awful experience. Once we finally got into an appropriate room, it was nice. Looked a bit updated but nothing spectacular. Check out was easy. Not sure we would stay there again.

The only thing that was unique about the property was that there was no elevator. I have mobility issues and cannot do stairs. Nowhere did I read (apparently, it's stated somewhere) that there was no elevator. I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn that did not have an elevator so was not on my radar. We got there late and was told our room was on the second floor. The only accessible room on the main floor had a king bed. I was there with a companion and we needed 2 queen beds. After a lengthy discussion they said they had 2 queen beds if we were okay with a pet room. Since this was our only option, it had to do. I do not have pets and it grossed me out. The staff was nice, friendly and tried to be accomodating but it was a disappointing stay.
