Recently built, this house offers you a multitude of possibilities to relax and fully enjoy your holiday: you can savour a good breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the view of the marina, then settle on one of the sunbeds in the sun or on the sofa for a chat, you can also enjoy a game of pétanque and in the evening gather around good grilled food. The living area is located upstairs, it is modern, cosy and overlooks two terraces. The American kitchen is fully equipped, you will find induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle, open onto a large table where you can share good meals. Then the attic lounge is a soothing corner, light colours and wood dominate, it will be the ideal place to chat, read or play a board game. The sleeping area consists of 6 bedrooms, three of which are equipped with a queen-size bed and have a private bathroom to provide maximum convenience, they will be ideal for couples. Then, you will find three other bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds and a baby bed, and the last with two single beds, these will delight the children. To make your stay even more enjoyable, the house also has a bathroom, two toilets, a high chair, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hairdryer, two outdoor parking spaces, a pétanque court, and a barbecue.
