Small terraced house on one side, 40 m² located in a residence close to the beach and shops in St Jacques en Sarzeau.
On the ground floor :
- A living room with a Rapido sofa bed overlooking the garden
- A kitchenette with dishwasher

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 : 140 double bed and dresser
- Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds in 90, a dresser and a porter

- A small enclosed garden with a terrace equipped with a garden furniture, a parasol, sunbeds and a barbecue.

maison agréable dans un environnement très calme (en septembre). Rien ne manquait. Nous avons apprécié d'être proche de la plage et d'un commerce. Jardin bien clôturé pour notre chien. séjour très agréable et région magnifique !
