Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises \- A 20 m² living room with TV and a sofa bed \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Nous avons déposé l'ancien sur le balcon afin de libérer l'accès à notre lit...nous avons 80 ans..Le couvercle de la poubelle est cassé.Sécurité :- plusieurs prises sont descellées du mur et donc dangereuses surtout sur le plan de travail ( photos ci-jointes)- contrairement aux normes de sécurité obligatoires, le détecteur incendie n'était pas installé et vide de pile.- l'aspirateur était totalement bouché donc inutilisable et de surcroît plein D'EAU.
