Nestled in the heart of the town centre, the location is ideal for enjoying the markets and numerous shops that Sarzeau offers! Just a few minutes by car from the first beaches, you can easily set out to discover the charms of this lovely region. Accommodating up to 4 people, the apartment offers a living room/lounge with a refined decor, opening onto a balcony, with a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals: induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. When night falls, you can rest in one of the two bedrooms the apartment offers. The first is equipped with a queen-size bed, ideal for parents, while the second will delight children with its two single beds. For optimal comfort, two shower rooms are at your disposal, as well as a washing machine! This apartment has a private outdoor parking space and a garage in which you will have a charging point for electric vehicles (220 volt socket, 3KWH).
