You will appreciate its location just a 5-minute walk from sandy beaches, bars, and restaurants, and a 15-minute bike ride from the village where you will find all the amenities you need.  
Sheltered from noise and prying eyes, enjoy the south-facing terrace, which is furnished for sharing summer meals.  
  
This 75 m² house can accommodate 6 people.  
  
It has:

\- Living room with sofas, coffee table, and television.  
\- Dining area, fireplace.  
  
\- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, microwave,  
refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
