The beach is at the end of the street, offering beautiful swimming prospects. You discover this house through a living area combining a kitchen, dining space and living room. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a ceramic hob for cooking good meals. A dishwasher is also there to save you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. The dining area will allow you to gather around the table. Another possibility: eating outside, enjoying the terrace and its furniture, even better to enjoy good grilled dishes cooked on the barbecue. In the living room, you will find a bench and a television. A first bedroom with a single bed is also on the ground floor, as well as a shower for returning from the beach, an independent toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, the sleeping area offers two other bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two double beds (including one of 130/180), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. A travel cot and a baby mattress are also provided. The house has a 20 m² west-facing terrace, and a smaller one to the east behind the house with a "breakfast" corner. Well located, the rental is: \- 350 m from the seafront and coastal path, \- 1 km from Roaliguen beach and its sailing school, \- 1 km from the restaurant "Côté Plage", \- 1 km from the restaurant "Kerfontaine", \- 2 km from the restaurant "Le Furibard", \- 2 km from the restaurant "CH'ti Billig", \- 4 km from the town centre, its market and shops, \- 4 km from the supermarkets "Lidl and Super U", \- 6 km from Suscinio Castle, \- 10 km from the theme park "Celt'Aventures", \- 11 km from the "Thalasso Miramar & Spa du Crouesty" thermal baths On foot, choose your coastal point extending into the Gulf and tour it, between sand and pine trees. You will find fishermen and oyster farmers at the friendly markets of Arzon or Sarzeau. After these local discoveries, you will discover with your family the historical jewels of this Southern Brittany, at Suscinio Castle or near the ramparts of Vannes (32 km away). This rental benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout the stay for personalised services. This furnished accommodation does not have wi-fi access.
