Make sure you go in season.
We turned up in late September and everything was closed it was like a ghost town. There was no mention of this is the hotel ad which I think was pretty misleading even there private beach was closed. We decided to not stay and moved on it felt like we were the only people in the whole place

Beautiful Hotel, beautiful room, beautiful view!!! However the hotel totally cheaped out on all furnishings and was the worst breakfast off all the units that I stayed in on this vacation.

close to the convention center but.....
middle of nowhere, the buses would not go there and taxis are very rare. But once you get there you can walk to the convention center and to some decent food places. Everything closes after 11 or so, plan meals accordingly or you will go to bed hungry as the hotel was not a big help on that.

You get what you pay for
The hotel is decent. We were there for a sports event so it was very busy and for the most part the hotel staff was pleasant and even helpful...until one day we missed our connection train from Florence and got back a bit after midnight. We called the hotel and the guy at the front desk gave us a list of numbers for US to call to get a cab (he refused to call himself). Unfortunately the numbers belonged to folks that did not speak anything but Italian and were rather ticked that we had called so late. We called the hotel back and the guy suggested we walked to the hotel (4 females at night in a foreign country, you know how pleased we were). We ended up walking back to the hotel, luckily it was about 5-6 miles. Overall, location is good if you have your own car. The buses are not reliable at all and do not even get to that area (although there is a bus stop right in from of the hotel). There are a couple decent food places close and within walking distance but most businesses in general close after dark. There is no dinner service at the hotel and the breakfast is nothing to write home about. It is a good spot if, like us, you had something at the Convention Center, it was super close and easy to walk to from the hotel.

Great beach break
We were thrilled by the beachfront view and very satisfied with the beach accomodations (reasonably priced chaise longue, parasol and towel rental) just accross the street. We chose this hotel as both a beach break and a jumping off point to visit Le Cinque Terre (20 min drive north to the train station) and were really glad we did.

Yilda ortalama 100 gun otelde konaklayan bir kisi olarak bu otelde kalmamanizi oneririm. ASLA! Sabun, Sampuan Yok. Lobiden rica ile istiyorsunuz. Havlular Sigara ve Hint baharatlari kokuyor. Yere attginiz havlu katlanarak yeniden kullanmamiz isteniyor. Minibar var bar. Calisanlar dan izin almadan konusmayin:)

Der technische Zustand des Hotels lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im ersten Zimmer konnte die Balkontüre nicht geöffnet werde - Lösung: neues Zimmer. Im zweiten Zimmer konnte die Klimaanlage nicht eingestellt werden - Lösung keine: sehr kalte Nächte. Der Safe konnte nicht bedient werden - Lösung: alte Batterien raus, Batterien wurden nicht ersetzt, Safe somit nur mit Hotelschlüssel zu bedienen. Zimmer mit Minibar gemietet, Kühlschrank war leer, funktionierte nicht - Lösung: anderer, alter Kühlschrank wurde gebracht, funktionierte auch nicht, aber man hat wenigstens versucht..... mit dem Hinweis, es sei kein anderer Kühlschrank im Haus. Sonnenstore auf Balkon nicht zu gebrauchen. TV im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Aber Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus war super....

Buongiorno abbiamo letto la sua recensione, ci fa piacere che abbia fatto notare le pecche trovate nella prima camera, che le è stata immediatamente sostituita, in quanto chiusa fuori uso. Alla sua partenza ci sembrava contenta del suo soggiorno, spero di rivederla presto.

De passage pour une nuit seulement, nous avons apprécié la situation de l'hôtel sur la plage et la possibilité de louer des transats. Le personnel de l'accueil parle français et est très cordial. Les chambres sont correctes, mais le petit déjeuner d'une qualité très moyenne.

Je me permets de vous faire écrire ces quelques lignes pour vous faire part de ma grande déception quand à la qualité de votre service clientèle. En effet, j'avais fait une réservation du 25 au 28 mars dans un hôtel et vous m'avez communiqué que ce dernier n'était plus disponible et m'avez alors proposé un autre hôtel qui, selon vous, réunissait les mêmes critères que celui que j'avais choisi. Je dois avouer que cet hôtel était une catastrophe. Pour commencer il n'avait pas de parking, j'ai dû me battre pour avoir le wifi gratuit alors qu'il était compris dans ma reservation, sans compter qu'il faisait extrêmement froid et que l'hôtel n'étais pas chauffé!!! Je ne remets pas en cause l'hôtel mais bien vos services qui m'ont proposé cet arrangement qui ne m'a pas du tout convenu. C'est une honte! Ceci sachant que je vous avait déjà commenté mes doutes dans un précédent mail me basant sur les commentaires des précédents clients le notant comme correct. Vous m'avez répondu qu'il s'agissait d'un critère subjectif! Je peux vous affirmer qu'on hôtel noté par les clients à 2.8 n'a rien à voir avec un hôtel noté 4.9!!! Je suis extrêmement déçue de voir que mon commentaire n'a pas été pris en compte et qu'il ne vous a pas importé de respecter mes critères

Nulla di particolare, week end al mare per relax. Come sempre fatico a trovare un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo in Liguria. I prezzi non corrispondono alle attese, strutture vecchie "sistemate in facciata" e mobilia di basso livello. In questo caso la disponibilità del personale ha ripagato del delta costo.

Publicité mensongère, on nous promet une chambre avec vue sur mer alors que cela n'existe pas pour 4. La chambre est remplie de moustiques, ahurissant. L'hôtel est moche, la plage est moche. Nous avons écourté notre séjour, une nuit sans dormir, à traquer le moustique. HORRIBLE!

Hotel Rondine er ikke et godt hotel. Service hos personalet er stort set ikke eksisterende, og prisniveauet er meget højt.Vi havde bestilt 2 værelser, og da vi kom fik vi udleverede værelseskort. på det ene værelse boede der en anden person, og dette blev rettet uden undskyldning fra personalet.. På det andet værelse flød det med skidt og sengetøj og rummet var meget beskidt, da vi henvendte os i receptionen, fik vi at vide at der havde været over 200 personer dagen før, og værelset ville være klar om 20 min. Efter en halv time var værelset stadigt ikke klart, og nu fik vi at vide at der havde boet en hjemløs, og de skulle desinficere rummet. Efter yderligere 1½ time var rummet klar, uden en antydning af undskyldning eller kompensatione fra hotellets side.Parkering på hotellet er det rene kaos, da de putter dobbelt så mange biler ind som der er plads til, og derefter bliver ½ delen af bilerne spærret inde af hinanden, og frustrerede billister og hotelpersonale render rundt og prøver at finde ud af hvem der ejer hvilke biler.Hotellet kan kun anbefales hvis man er til "Fawlty Towers" i en moderne og slet ikke sjov udgave.

Hotellet ligger väldigt nära en privat helt ok strand med samma heldagsavgift per stol och parasoll oavsett när på dagen man hyr. Frukosten var ofta underdimensionerad och består mest av de i Italien sedvanliga söta bröden även om cappucinon var helt ok. Skinkan tog slut snabbt då de var många gäster från norra Europa på besök. Missa inte den mycket prisvärda Italienska restaurangen Airone som ligger snett mittemot på andra sidan gatan.

N'ayant pas trouvé dans les "Cinque terre", nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de trouver un hôtel accueillant, sobre mais fonctionnel, et proche d'un embarcadère pour la visite des Cinque Terre par la mer. Ayant connus un petit problème de climatisation, celui-ci a été réglé dans la minute de notre appel à la réception. Au petit déj., produits de leur Hacienda, très bons.

Bilderna på hotellet visar inte verkligheten. Vi var glada när vi lämnade. Trist läge, ointresserad personal, tråkiga rum (dock fina badrum), sängarna var hemska, spiraler stack upp i madrassen och på toppen av allt så var frukosten urdålig, porslinet var smutsigt och torrt bröd mm.

nonostante sia stato appena imbiancato e rinnovato, c'era la muffa sui muri. non c'era neanche un cestino per i rifiuti, nè in bagno nè nella camera l'interruttore della luce del bagno era all'entrata della camera (cosa molto scomoda). ah il bagno della nostra camera era senza finestra, non so' gli altri. dalla bocchetta dell'aria condizionata si sentiva la televisione di un'altra stanza... per il resto ok.

Fint hotell spesielt for de med bil. Store rom i god stand som i tillegg ble godt renholdt. Beliggenheten i forhold til stranda var glimrende men utvalget av spisesteder og severdigheter i nærområdet var begrenset. Et stykke å komme seg til kollektivtransport.

abbiamo prenotato una camera per 4 adulti e all' arrivo in quella che ci avevano assegnato non funzionava l' aria condizionata e non c' era il frigorifero. Ci anno fatto cambiare camera dove c' era sia l' aria condizionata funzionante ed il frigorifero, peccato però che uno dei due letti matrimoniali era probabilmente per bambini perchè veramente molto stretto. Non abbiamo reclamato perchè ci siamo fermati solo per due notti ma se avessimo dovuto fare una vacanza più lunga certamente ce lo saremmo fatti cambiare. Per il resto il posto era abbastanza in ordine ed il personale molto cortese.

Der Service war schlecht - Hotelpersonal wenig zuvorkommend, schon mit der Bestellung eines Taxis überfordert, unfreundlich, Zimmer vollkommen okay, das restliche Hotel eher unschön (Plastikstühle im Restaurant...), Frühstück miserabel. "Privatstrand" völlig überlaufen.
