Nice location for a wonderfull stay at Sardegna. Nearby the most beautyfull beaches Chia of Tuaredda. The house is great, there is airconditioning and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cagliari is 25 minutes drive. Supermarket close by. We hadnice stay!!

Villetta molto comoda e spaziosa, bellissima zona bbq l’unico difetto cucina molto piccola, frigo piccolo e non fredda molto bene direi da cambiare con uno più moderno e più grande e manca un microonde e lavastoviglie. Per il resto tutto meraviglioso e soprattutto l’attenzione dei responsabili Serenella e Andrea veramente spettacolare!!! Grazie di cuore !!!

#### Una piacevole vacanza nel sud della Sardegna
Serenella è stata davvero accogliente e cortese. La proprietà di Andrea si è confermata un’ottima soluzione per vivere una bella esperienza nel sud della Sardegna, con le bellissime spiagge del litorale di Chia a non più di mezz’ora di auto. Se non si vuole usare l’auto anche le due spiagge locale di Porto Columbu/Perd’e Sali sono una soluzione. Abitazione confortevole e con la giusta privacy. Consigliato!

#### Schönes, ruhiges Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder! Nur die Küchenbeschreibung war nicht ganz zutreffend. Geschirrspüler, Toaster und Mikrowelle sind leider nicht vorhanden. Die Küche ist klein, aber in Ordnung. Schöner Sand- bzw. Kiesel-Strand ist innerhalb von 500m - 1km Entfernung zu erreichen. Ansonsten hatten wir zu viert viel Platz und die Kommunikation mit Sarenella und der Vermieterin war wunderbar!

#### Empfehlenswert
Wir hatten einen super Urlaub! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und jederzeit möglich. Egal ob es vor dem Urlaub Fragen gab oder während des Urlaubs, Serenella und Andrea waren immer erreichbar und antworteten sofort. Ohne Auto wäre man etwas aufgeschmissen aber da wir natürlich mit Auto da waren, war alles super. Die Strände Richtung Süden, Cagliari Richtung Norden, alles gut machbar und einen Urlaub wert. Der Hausstrand war zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn es auch doch ein kleines Stück zu laufen war. Leider kann man nicht direkt am Ende der Straße ins Wasser. Auch wenn der Hausstrand nicht einer der Topstrände Sardiniens ist, war er trotzdem okay und das Wasser dort super schön und klar. Im Haus sind an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter und die Klimaanlage hat uns gute Dienste erwiesen. Leider gab es dieses Jahr so viele Wespen im Freien, dass wir den Tisch im Garten kaum genutzt haben. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und sehr klein. Großartige Menüs für viele Menschen wird man darin nicht kochen wollen. Dafür waren die Restauranttipps von Serenella super.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer guten Lage, ist sehr sauber. Besonders die Bettwäsche und Handtücher!!! Die Küche ist zwar etwas klein, aber man gewöhnt sich mit der Zeit an die Größe. Wir möchten besonders den Außenbereich mit dem großen Tisch und Grillplatz loben, wirklich TOP. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Kommunikation mit Andrea und Serenella war super, immer hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und auch weiter empfehlen.

#### Come a casa
Andrea è veramente cortese e disponibile e ci è venuto incontro in tutti i modi, in particolare quando la compagnia aerea ci ha spostato i voli di andata e ritorno. La casa è veramente comoda e vi abbiamo soggiornato con grande piacere sia dentro che fuori. Ha delle camere spaziose e due bei bagni che comprendono anche una lavatrice. Al primo piano c'è un ampio terrazzo La cucina è piccolina, ma è completa di tutto (c'è anche una comoda macchina da caffè a cialde). Il soggiorno ha il tavolo da pranzo, un divano a due posti e la televisione. Ampio e funzionale lo spazio esterno dotato di tutto e di più (doccia, lettini, focolare, forno a legna per pizza e un grande tavolo coperto). È inoltre vicina alle più belle spiagge della zona a sud di Cagliari, ma volendo fare qualche chilometro in più, abbiamo visitato anche il nuraghe di Barumini, Sant'Antioco e Carloforte. La sera poi è un attimo raggiungere Pula e la sua vivace vita notturna. Insomma proprio una bella vacanza e peccato che sia già finita !

#### Saitsfaits de notre séjour à Porto Colombu
La maison est située dans un environnement de villas coquettes et très fleuries, le calme est appréciable. La location est très vaste, avec un jardin qui permet de se reposer ou de déjeuner à l'extérieur. L'accueil par Serenalla est parfait (révisez votre anglais...), maintes explications fournies pour les plages, les commerces, les visites à envisager. Seul bémol le wifi parfois un peu défaillant, mais Andrea a fait le nécessaire. Location recommandée.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 8 Personen vor Ort. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und hilfsbereit . Das Haus sauber und gut ausgestattet . Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig , als Tipp, man sollte schon einen Wagen haben, sonst ist man sehr eingeschränkt . Aber dies nur am Rande . Alles notwendige ist vorhanden .

#### Un séjour très agréable au calme
Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans la maison d'Andréa. Elle correspond tout à fait à la description et est bien équipée. Située dans un quartier très calme à 5 minutes en voiture de Pula ; petite ville qui est animée le soir. La plage la plus proche est petite et il y a beaucoup de monde mais à moins d'un quart d'heure en voiture on peut profiter de très belles plages beaucoup moins fréquentées. Le propriétaire et sa compagne nous ont fait découvrir les produits locaux à notre arrivée et se sont montrés très attentionnés et très sympathiques. Merci à eux pour leur accueil.

Je recommande cette belle villa dans laquelle nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un quartier paisible et résidentiel autour de Pula. La villa est très bien équipée et proche d'une jolie plage.
