Casa Noriana apartments are part of an ancient villa located on the gentle hills of Macerata with an enchanting view of the Sibillini Mountains.


The villa is quake proof and is divided into 7 apartments: Casa Noriana A, B, C and E on the upper floor, Casa Noriana D and F located on the ground floor + the apartment where the owners live.


The villa can accommodate up to 28 people. You will share a beautiful swimming pool and a large garden where there is also a characteristic pond.


Next to the villa, and part of the same complex, you will find a small campsite equipped with pitches for tents, for those who love natural holidays, and the possibility of sleeping under a starry sky in a panoramic tent.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.

The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by century-old trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the surrounding countryside and of the mountains. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has two windows.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
