A magnificent old house, rich in character, will welcome you for your stay, with its unique and charming decoration, decorated with exposed beams. However, you will find all the comfort and equipment you need for a pleasant vacation in the heart of Sarlat. First of all, you will discover a welcoming and colorful living room, equipped with its sofa, armchair, television and a table for your meals. Next door, you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker as well as all the utensils needed to cook good meals. You will also have an independent WC. To reach the first floor, you will have to take a very narrow spiral staircase. You will access the first bedroom, whose period decoration will charm you, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200). You will also find a shower room with WC, as well as a small adjoining room with a single bed, which can be used as an additional bed if necessary. On the top floor, you will have access to the second bedroom with Queen Size bed (160/200) and the second bathroom with WC. A washing machine and two hair dryers are available. Regarding parking, you will find free parking 450 m from the house. Ideally located, the rental is located in: \- 90 m from the restaurant “Chez Antoine”, \- 190 m from the restaurant “Auberge Le Mirandol”, \- 200 m from the restaurant “Coin Coin”, \- 350 m from the city center, \- 350 m from the “Sarlat Market”, \- 2 km from the supermarket “Lidl”, \- 2 km from the “Sarlat” train station, \- 26 km from the “LOLIVARIE GOLF” golf resort Located in the heart of Périgord, you can explore the many hiking trails, and bike lovers will be delighted by the bike paths in the surrounding area. A few kilometers away, you will find emblematic sites of the region, such as the Lascaux caves, medieval castles or the typical villages of the Périgord Noir. For food lovers, be sure to try local specialties such as foie gras, truffles and confits. This rental benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout the stay for personalized services. This furnished apartment has wi-fi access. This rental does not have access for people with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed in this rental. The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and will be payable in advance of your stay. The Sundhouse Place car park is the closest to the house. It offers free overnight parking all year round. Daytime parking fees apply from mid-June to mid-September. Parking on Boulevard Eugène le Roy, in front of the house, is free in January, February, March, November (from 15) and December.
